Their Billing System was messing up so I called in they advised no payment was taken so then attempted to take another payment they called back and said it was declined. I contacted my bank they had taken the initial payment for 67 dollars then attempted to take two payment of 353 dollars at which time my bank declined the second one. Now I am attempting to retrieve my funds due to overpayment and they are stating the payments aren’t going to clear even though my bank has advised they will. They are unwilling to refund the over payment owed to me. Their billing system is broken, they steal your money literally. I think it’s in my best interest at this point to contact an attorney.

This review is for their PT/​OT services, not the doctors and nurses. Having only been there one time for hand therapy, I don’t know how well I will like the end results, but here are my first impressions:
The place is very clean, modern, and there is hardly any wait. The staff seems to genuinely want to help. They have some really cool gadgets like the fluidotherapy machine. It’s a dry heat machine, feels like hot sand blowing around in it though I believe it’s actually corn, and amazingly I was able to do some movements in it without pain. As soon as I got out of there I had to look it up and unfortunately the smallest one starts at something like 5k. I wish I could rent one! Another thing the therapist had on her desk for me to rest my hand on looked like a just a simple thing to elevate a hand on, but having tried pillows and all sorts of other ways to elevate at work all I can say is I want one of these! The most comfortable position I have been in in 6 weeks, whoever invented this thing is a genius. Of course there were all sorts of torture exercises involved but so far so good, hope these people can get me on my way to holding a cup of coffee again. Not that the fist thing isn’t useful I just won’t need that as often.
