If you want an amazing facial, try the European Facial with Dee. My daughter and I had back-​to-​back facials where we were offered a mimosas, wine, coffee or water before the service. Nice touch! Both of us loved the treatment. Dee is great at figuring out what your face really needs, instead of a regimented routine. She attacks your pores with determination but care. Today, my skin feels and looks great. The European includes a shoulder, foot and hand massage, and then these amazing warming pads. After our facials, we headed to the hotel bar for dinner and a quick drink! Very nice evening. Don’t expect a huge facility. It’s warm and inviting with the just the right touches. I did overhear a couple talking about a great couple’s massage, and I heard several people call in for appts. while I was there. All-​in-​all, very reasonable prices. I paid double for the same thing at a California resort spa.

I had a wonderful experience today at Papillon! This was my first time there and I absolutely loved it. I was greeted when I walked in and was offered something to drink (I picked a mimosa from the list and it was delicious!) My favorite part of my day at the spa was my massage! My masseuse Brittany gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. She used the perfect amount of pressure to loosen up my muscles and made my body feel like new again! I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I also had a facial (with Dee) who was very thorough and listened to my needs as far as wanting to clear my pores out. I also had a mani/​pedi (with Jane) who did an awesome job on my nails and was very easy to talk to! Overall, a great experience!

Awful, what pedicure. Then who does a facial with all the lights only and barely touches your face… I don’t feel like I ever went to the spa

Booked a 90 minute Papillon Spa Glow, but only lasted 75 minutes. The masseuse told me that the last 15 minutes is to prepare the room for the next client. Upon check-​out I said that I was disappointed since it was advertised as 90 minutes. They called later and deducted $ 10. Considering that it costs $ 16 per 15 minutes and I was not pleased, I was underwhelmed with their response. Also, a very minor issue, my glow was followed by a pedicure, but not offered slippers for the transition between.

I have been to Many high end salons/​spas and consider myself well experienced with their services to say the least. I have NEVER had a more disappointing experience. I am not from the area so I thought it safe to say a «Spa» in the Hilton would be a safe bet. I was wrong! First I arrived on time for my massage and was taken back to a treatment room and I received a great massage. Next, I had scheduled a pedicure/​shellack manicure to be followed by a wash/​blow dry. Pretty standard full spa services. Pedicure was good. Next the shellack mani… The worst I’ve ever had! The polish was bubbled/​rippled on some nails, some nails were redone 2 – 3 times because of the technicians lack of skill. To make matters worse, she blamed it on the «expired» polish and the «wrong» uv light. After sitting there in excess of a hour, I simply told her to take it off every nail because I had been there so long and quite frankly I was losing faith in her ability by the minute. She had to resoak my nails in acetone and remove the botched polish job. I have never written a review on Unilocal,but I feel I must because it may prevent someone else from having this experience. If I felt there was «equipment» issues, I wouldn’t have bothered. However, I feel it was her skill level, and that can’t be remedied by a new UV light or polish. She offered to redo them again and I declined I had been there for 4 hours already. The worst part in all of this was the fact that not one time did the manager come to me and apologize. They «adjusted» my bill but charged me for the“buffing” of my nails and the soak off. The girl at the register was the most rude of all almost making me to feel I had deserved it! I will not be back and if you do disregard my review and go, I hope they check the date on their polish. See uploaded pic

I love this Spa! I have been going for massages on a regular basis. Brittany asks if there is any new issue and during the massage always checks about pressure and comfort! Best massage ever! Dee is a friendly, concerned owner and sets the tone for others: good service, friendliness, go the extra mile! Pam greets everyone with a warm welcoming smile! I have nothing but praise for this business!

Awesome couples massage. Great customer service and friendly staff. Brittany is the best massage therapist by far. Left there floating on air.

One of the only nail salons open on a Sunday, I didn’t mind paying a few more dollars for a luxury spa experience.
$ 48 for a deluxe pedicure which included soak, trim, sugar scrub, massage, hot booties, and polish.
Just as nice as any upscale spa I have been to. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, mimosa or wine was offered.
One thing to note, this location is inside of a hilton hotel but had a separate entrance around back.
Overall great, I will be back. Based on the prices online combinations of more extensive spa treatments seem reasonable at under $ 200.

I have been going to this spa for years and hands down the best in Columbus, OH. I currently live in the DC area but when I’m home to visit the family Papillion Day Spa is on my list to receive a mani/​pedi and of course a microderm. The owner Dee is who I go to for my microderm and I have never been able to find anyone else who could compare. If you’re looking for excellence Papillion Day Spa is the place to go, you won’t regret it!

Pappillon has been my day spa for over 5 years. Massages by Brittany are a must. Pedicure by Ashley brings my tired tootsies back to life. I have visied a number of Columbus spa’s and Pappillon is my spa of choice.

This place is top notch. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you feel special. Brittany gives an amazing massage and Ashley does a pedicure right! Dee is just the most gracious spa owner you will ever meet. Love this place!

Absolutely wonderful. My massage therapist listened to me and offered suggestions with regards to my back pain. She was knowledgeable and had a great touch.
