Not a bad place overall. I didn’t use this place for the storage facilities, but rather to rent a Penske truck; another one of its offered services. The guy at the counter was very helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had.
The place overall looks pretty rundown and it’s not in the greatest of areas but that’s Columbus for you.
If you’re military and a AAA member, definitely come to this location or any other Penske location for a great deal.
