Primary Residential Mortgage is a correspondent lender, allowing our customer to choose servicing from up to six different banks’ pricing, rates and products, all while underwritten locally at our office. These banks include Wells Fargo, GMAC, SunTrust, Franklin American, CitiMortgage and a portfolio product line. We select which of these banks to setup the servicing of your loan with based upon which one offers the best rate, product and price for you. With our local underwriting, our typical loan closing is in 15 business days or less.
