I don’t understand how this place stays in business! They run a completely crappy and horrible operation. They called me today(please note they CALLED, meaning they have my correct phone number), and told me they’d be there between 11 am and 1 pm. By 2 pm, I had heard nothing from them, and the person who was kind enough to stay at my place while I was at work, had not seen them arrive, nor heard from them by way of phone call either. Upon my calling them to find out what’s up and get an explanation(a simple«we’re running behind» would have been ok), they immediately pointed the finger in my direction, blaming ME for the issue. They said they came to the house, and no one was home, but when pressed to confirm that time frame, they couldn’t tell me what time that was. They also said the tech called my cell phone and told me that the house was empty — which is a bold face lie — because they obviously have my correct # from above — not to mention I was literally sitting in the same seat I was when they called me in the morning so trying to use the«perhaps you had no service» line they tried to pull wasn’t holding up either. Next, she proceeded to use the«270 was closed due to a semi turning over» excuse, but considering they haven’t even handled it right from the onset, they have not RIGHT using that as excuse. I was stuck in that — and called my clients and work to inform I would be late. Is it unreasonable to expect they would do the same, if that really was the issue? Obviously that is rhetorical… Finally, after promising me a discount on my service the following day, she later on recanted, saying«I’m not able to give you that information» when I asked her how much that discount would be. Why? Because she wasn’t even AUTHORIZED to offer a discount according to her OWN words!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor, mgr or owner, and was told«they’re not easy to get a hold of around here.» Great — let’s repeat what she said to make sure I got it right: «THEY’RENOTEASYTOGET A HOLDOFAROUNDHERE.» Again another shining example of how this business is run like garbage. No leadership is even available to talk to a client who has been fed their garbage since he called in… I hope your experiences go better than mine, and the only reason they get 1 star is I have to put something…
