Punch Me Now Custom Embroidery

Since the first project was a gift. Owner embroidered a pottery barn cover free of charge. The followup on a poor customer experience was greatly appreciated.

The first topic is… I NEVER threatened anyone, that is false info and a lie. Sad that the owner felt the need to make that up as a response. That shows the integrity of he himself… wow is all I can say.
6 months have passed since my previous negative experience with Punch Me Now embroidery. I left an honest and true review based on fact and experience 6 months ago as an aid to future customers and also because its my rite under the first amendment. I also believe in both posting positive reviews and also negative reviews.
I was hoping the business would have reached out to me or humbled themselves enough to right the wrong with me. At the least, maybe things have changed within the past 6 months.
I am one to give people and small businesses another chance where there may have been issues before. All businesses have bumps at times, I am a business owner myself and I operate my business with the mindset of ALWAYS leaving the customer happy and satisfied regardless of what has happened.
My Order…
I had another small project that I needed to have embroidered onto a sweatshirt, plus Punch Me Now had the design saved on their system that I purchased from them to convert into a stitch design, it made sense to go to them on the weekend to get this stitching done.
I placed my order yesterday afternoon (Friday) and the lady working the kiosk was so pleasant and helpful and great. She said the order should be completed by end of day if I wanted to pick it up. I planned to come back today to pick up in the morning (Saturday).
Now the issue begins…
I show up to the Polaris Mall at 9:45 awaiting the opening at 10:00am (as their hours indicate). No one showed up until 10:30am.
I approached the owner (guy) and said, «Good morning, I’m here to pick up my order.» Now I am not overexagerating here with his response… he said, «I can’t believe you would make an appearance after writing the nasty review you wrote.»
Basically with that message he indicated he had no intention of the opportunity to talk directly to me in person to clear up anything or to right a wrong or to humble himself and appologize.
I responded with a simple and calm, «I am here to pick up my order.»
His response, «That you would write something like…»
I interrupted with, «I am here to pick up my order.»
He asked, «Did you find some other embroidery place to go to?» (I’m not sure why he would ask that)
I simply replied with, «I am here to pick up my order.»
He came again with, «That I would have the audacity to come back and…»
I interrupted with, «It’s simple, you failed to deliver on a promise made and then blamed me and took no responsibily for the incident. So, I wrote the review and stand behind it.»
His final response, «Do me a favor and never come back to my business again.»
I said, «Gladly, and I will be updating my review with this experience also.»
Now it is a business owners right to refuse business, I will repect and honor that… it is also my right to deliver this review to help protect customers from possible issues, accusations and retaliation from the owner.
We as customers have the «right to know».
MY WARNING TO CUSTOMERS…
Customers beware. If any issue comes up, it will be your fault and the owners do not take responsibility. Its never their fault. If you review the experience, if negative, for Punch Me Now… you face possibly being banned from his business.
Spend your hard earned dollars where you know the intention of the owner is completely for the customer and can humble themselves if they screw up.
To wrap up…
An issue happened 6 months ago by the owners of Punch Me Now… they didn’t humble themselves… shame on them. The owner today verbally attacked me and caused another issue in person with me… now if I was to return again after this owner abuse… shame on me. The shame on me won’t happen.
