I visited regal nails saturday 9⁄26 and I stood outside of the salon in walmart for 30 minutes waiting for the nail tech to call me back.(Wait time is average) Nail tech seats me then has me move to another chair to soak my nails so she can do my friend’s nails. My nails were soaking the entire time she was doing my friend’s nails and nobody else assisted me. 20 minutes later, she then stops in the middle of doing my friend’s nails to begin to work on mine. I asked her if she could please take them off and forget about the mani & pedi. I don’t think ONE nail tech should be working on two customer’s nails. My friend & I reviewed them on Facebook and the nail salon ARGUED with us on there… Very unprofessional I won’t return !!!

The staff was friendly enough and the services were of solid quality. Better than other experiences I’ve had with nail salons in this area. If you can tolerate the fact that this salon is in a loud and busy Walmart you’ll be fine. I will return.

Stopped in for a pedicure Saturday. I’d heard they had the best prices. The base price for a spa pedicure is $ 28. They have massage chairs with heated foot baths. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and I was really pleased with my pedicure. I was hesitant to go there because 1) It’s in a Walmart and 2) I hadn’t seen enough reviews. I didn’t give them the full 5 stars because of the location. There were shoppers practically leaning on the front counter and a lot of noise. If you’re going for a zen — like spa retreat experience, its not for you. If you’re looking for a good pedicure at a good price, you won’t be disappointed.

Regal Nails is located inside Super Wal-mart off of Morse Rd. I stopped in really quick to get a manicure for school-related reason. Ok, if you really must know, ask me next time when you see me =__= My main objective was to exterminate all cuticles and any dead/hard skin around my fingers. Anyways, even though I was a walk in, they accommodated me immediately which I was really grateful since I was in a time crunch. While my nail technician was working on my hand, the only conversation(which wasn’t prompted until I was about good 5 minutes into the treatment) we had was: Nail tech: «How are you doing?» Me: «I’m doing good, thank you, and you?» Nail Tech: …silence… I assume perhaps she didn’t here me… Oh yeah, towards the end, she did ask me which polish color I wanted and I replied, «no polish pleases.» As far as manicure goes, she was very meticulous and detailed. Other than slight bleeding oozing from on my left forth finger while extracting the unwanted cuticles, she did a good/decent job. With tax, my manicure came out to about $ 11-ish, but with tip, I left her with $ 15. I’m always in a dilemma when it comes to tipping… I hardly ever go for any manicure or pedicure or anything thing like this so I don’t really know the tipping etiquette when it comes to nail salons TT_TT… I’ll work on that… I just hope I didn’t offend her… P. S. — I didn’t catch her name, but she was very shy/timid(?), however, she was very kind, gentle, and soft-spoken.
