Stopped in for a workout as I was in town for a couple days. Friendly, fun people, and a great roll! They do the class then roll for a long time afterwards! Not just your typical out class and 10 minute roll. I will make it a point to come back here if I am back in the area. One of the cleanest mats I have ever seen also. They sweep after each class and Clorox mop after the end of the night.

This is a safe, clean environment for all ages to learn martial arts. Best school for practical application self defense, pure Gracie Jiu Jitsu. My whole family of six trains and my only regret is that we didn’t start earlier.
