I had them print some decals for my store. They looked terrible and I politely called to tell them I was unhappy with the quality. I noticed immediately but I wanted to get back to the office and make sure that it was not my error via the file that I sent. Once I confirmed that I sent a 300 DPI PSD file I called to file my complaint. He found a proof that they printed (but did not offer) and wrote me back. His excuse was «I really do not think anyone will try and view these from less than a foot away,» saying the quality was bad but as no one will see them up close it doesn’t matter. He then told me his other clients, I guess to try and persuade me that terrible fuzzy printing and colors you can see through is the industry norm now and I should be okay with it.
Stay away.
After repeated emails trying to resolve the situation he kept telling me he had never met anyone who drives a Volvo who isn’t a complete asshole and continued to insult me about my lack of design knowledge and how limited his responsibilities as a print shop are. I wish I could rate someone with 0 stars.
