I went with a friend to get their nose pierced at this shop and it was quite the experience. I just recently got my nose pierced at another shop but we decided to go here because it was cheaper and closer, two things I will never use as a factor again. To start off, when you walk in, it reeks of cigarettes. Then, it took 15 minutes for the woman to get everything together. When the piercer was told to pierce her nose on her right side, she immediately went to her left side. That should have been our first red flag. Next, she puts the cork up her nose and starts to twist. I had to walk away. She then, twist the needle back out(which I had never seen before) and blood starts going everywhere. She then spends 5 minutes cleaning the blood as the needle is out then tried to shove and ring, which is way to big for a nose, through the hole that had had the needle out of it for a good 8 minutes now. They take another 5 minutes trying to get the hoop in. She had to have someone else come in and help her get it on. So, long story short, cheaper and closer is not always better.

I got a tattoo here a couple of weeks ago. The shop seemed clean but not well organized. When I came in, they told me they could do it right away but then took a very long time to set up and ignored me the whole time I was waiting. The guy who did my tattoo was very nice and took a lot of time to make sure it looked good, however it hurt a lot(I have a half dozen other tattoos and nothing has felt like this… it was above my ankle). When he was done the tattoo was exactly what I wanted. However, the healing process has been horrible. Of course I followed all the care instructions(again this is not my first tattoo.) It’s been over two weeks, there is still a giant scab, and it’s starting to finally come off and the tattoo looks faded. I can’t even see the black outline. I don’t know if it was the ink used, or the way he did it but I will have to get it touched up. The reason I got it there was because it was the cheapest price I had been quoted. Just goes to show you get what you pay for and it’s not smart to be cheap when it comes to permanent ink on your body.
