Always a pleasure. Nice people who work overtime to please their customers. Very nice patio too. Thanks for always keeping the sore clean.

I like this Starbucks. The staff are very friendly. The changes they have made to the seating are less than desirable though. Bring back the sofas and the areas where you can work, lounge or, visit with friends. The place just feel like this huge, cold space now.

I came here for a meeting today and the service was awfully slow for a 4PM hour. Also I cannot believe how much the price of the drinks went up. For a tall caramel brulee it used to be $ 3.95 and now it’s $ 4.95 what’s up with the dollar increase? I do like that there is plenty of room to sit either inside or outside but with the cold temperature right now you may as well just stay inside. It’s that kind of day where you need the coffee to warm you up. It was quite loud inside so I’ll have to remember that for future meetings to pick somewhere quieter. I don’t want to shout to the person sitting across from me nor did I have to but I had to project my voice a little louder than normal. The drinks were good. Although I had a major headache afterwards but I won’t attribute it to the coffee just a long day overall. Coffee and headaches don’t mix so my recommendation is not to get a big coffee to cure your headache. Otherwise you should be good, or just order the tea to be on the safe side!

This Starbucks has amazing décor. Apparently, the building used to be utilized for banking, which is why one of the rooms is actually a vault complete with antique door. There’s a few pretty chandeliers too that add a very high-end touch when you walk in from outside which has the entire building supported by grand columns… I ordered an Oreo Frappuccino. It was quick. No fuss. Delicious. I’ll be back!

If I didn’t live next to this Starbucks, I probably wouldn’t come here often. It’s great if you want to/can sit outside(and everyone else isn’t already doing the same), but the interior is SUPER loud. A little noise-dampening would go a long way. The service is fine, though sometimes the wait is a bit longer than you’d expect.(Well, than I’d expect – but then, I used to work at Starbucks, so maybe I am more impatient than others.) Today my drink got shuffled back and I wasn’t able to get a seat outside because of my wait. The outdoor seating area is great, though. It really is one of the best Starbucks, space-wise, that I’ve been to – I just really wish they would put some rugs or other soft surfaces inside to absorb sound.

Good coffee, unique building. This review is for Connie though. I took my kiddos in for a drink, and she was the sweetest person in the world to us. She went out of her way to be friendly to us and even ran outside as we were leaving to give my sons a special treat. The manager of this location should treasure Connie. She is what makes this location amazing!

A very unique experience. Usually Starbucks stores are not this big and this well equipped, not saying that the others are any way below standards but this one really hits the ball out of the park! Huge room, ample couches, a fire place, and a separate study room. The service was quick too!

You can’t go run when it comes to a white chocolate mocha. Always a favorite drink of mine, I am now considered to be a regular for the most part. The staff knows just how I like my drink and are always very courteous, and friendly. I enjoy going here as the setting is in a old bank. The vault door still exist and there is modern seating inside. For the chili Ohio days there is also a nice fireplace with posh leather chairs and friendly people.

Uh, wow! This Starbucks was once a bank. They kept the key features(high ceiling, large lights, vault door) but managed to make it comfortable and inviting. Loved that you could sit in the former vault — although I don’ t know how the wifi connection would be in there. Kind of makes me impatient for the Clintonville Starbucks to move into the old 5⁄3 space at Torrence and High!

This is the best Starbucks by far! The Barista’s are great: they make it a point to remember your name & drink. I do miss some of the original staff but the newer staff(Baristas) members are gradually coming along — but they aren’t as quick to give you a free drink/coupon if there’s an issue or mistake… not too happy about that :-( But they still got me coming back! ;-)

One of the most beautiful exterior/interior Starbucks! I’ve heard it was originally a bank so I guess that makes sense. They have huge pillars outside and high ceiling with a gorgeous chandelier-like light décor inside. Also, there’s an extension of a small room that was originally a vault – say whaaatt? This place has a lot of seating available both indoor and outdoor. BUT! Yes, there’s a but. This place is probably one of the most crowded Starbucks due to the library across the street, being close to Capital University, Columbus School for Girls, and Saint Charles Prep. So, whenever there’s no place to sit, I stop in to get a cup of coffee and head for the library! I would’ve given it a 5-star, but I never find a table available! Now that it’s cold, it’s even worse – since the outdoor is kind’a pointless. Other than that, a great place.

This location Use to be a bank-they still have the vault but there’s no secret about starbucks; it cost too much however it’s just so delicious you become addicted! Highly recommend everyone register their gift card at least once to work Toward gold card. Everything thinks they will never come enough to get one but it will happen. I also recommend prepuce chasing gift cards at giant eagle and earning fuel perks. And lastly I recommend ordering each drink separately as to earn one gold star for each drink(12th is free drink). This particular visit wasn’t my favorite but any starbucks will fo

Service is snotty most of the time. Parking is tight, at times unavailable. BUT lots of seating in and out doors. Once you finally sit down with your order, it’s pleasant to chat with your appointment/friend or get some work done. The light that streams in makes the vibe :)

Everybody there always seems super friendly. I’ve never had a rude employee out of the maybe 15 – 20 times I’ve visited that specific one. It’s definitely one of the nicer Starbucks in Columbus, I think. And they never fuck up my drink

If I had to choose the best Starbucks in the Columbus area, My vote would go for this one. I usually don’t go to Starbucks to work or study because i don’t feel they are unique enough for the atmosphere. This one is very unique and has a great open feel to it. This place is great for sitting inside or outside as it is right on Main Street. My toddler enjoyed this place as well since she could chase after birds outside. Starbucks did well choosing this location. I usually would go to the local place near here but their lot was full and so I made a trip here instead. I am glad I made that move as I like the inside of this place better. Also I ran into an old colleague here so it was worth it. Great location, ambiance, and coffee. I still love their Pikes Place as it is one of my favorite cups of coffee.

This Starbucks would be 5 stars if the parking lot wasn’t as small as my driveway. It’s got everything you’d need, plenty if space, more than usual outdoor seating, and aesthetic appeal that most Starbucks don’t have. It is built inside the remains of an old bank, they kept the safe, that they let customers walk in and out of. It also features two large chandeliers on the ceiling, and a 24 hour deposit box outside. I just love the feel.

The folks working here were super friendly. It’s quite a unique building for a Starbucks. Other than that, it’s your typical Starbucks.

One of the cooler Starbucks in the Columbus area since it’s in an old bank building. You can even have you morning coffee while sitting inside what used to be the vault. Services is always fast and friendly, and the drinks are consistent with Starbucks standards…

This Starbucks is really hit-or-miss. It’s big and beautiful — inside an old bank — and there’s tons of room for seating. It might be a tad too big though, because the typical coziness just isn’t there. The service is kinda«meh». They’re not rude by any means, but they’re also not all that friendly. Don’t try to joke or smile — your efforts will totally be wasted on these people. The drinks, however, are just as delicious as they’re supposed to be. I’ve never once had anything less than perfect.
