What do you get when you place a clean freak in a nasty environment? You get an experience as a current resident has not been all that great. On my move in date I was taken to the apartment they called the executive suite. Swirl marks in the carpet indicated that it had use been cleaned. I took my shoes off while waiting for the moving company. My white socks turned black underneath. Poor work on the carpet. The movers arrived and informed me of a cockroach running up the wall. Disgusting I thought. After unpacking and getting settled in, I’ve seen two or three everyday. Pest control has been out once to treat my apartment. I don’t know what types of chemicals are being used but the roaches love it. It hasn’t stopped them at all. They’re in the kitchen. They were climbing on my bath robe hanging in the bathroom. I’m thoroughly not liking my environment. I think this sort of infestation is a health hazard. The property manager assures me that this will be taken care of. I will be leaving this property without regard to the lease agreement if things aren’t fixed. I owe my wife and myself much better than this. There is an applied contract that goes along with any lease agreement. If this is an executive suite, I’d hate to see the rest of them! I gave it two stars because of its proximity to fast food, grocery stores, dining, and freeways.

«Welcome to the Residences at Eastpointe Ridge, they offer spacious studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom, air conditioned suites.» The apartment offers above average living with a very convenient location. Idk if the price matches. But location is everything they say. Right off the highway. 15 minutes to Easton Mall and a 30 drive to downtown, you’re close to a plenty of fast food places including, KFC, Wendy’s, Subway, Taco Bell, Five Guys, Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, Romeo’s pizza all within walking distance. Across the street is Giant Eagle and Kroger is very close. Rent for garages is kinda pricey plenty of parking. Available in the apartment: dishwasher, and washer /dryer hookup in one of the closets. the bathrooms are nice. walls are kinda thin. how thin? i can often hear my neighbor snoring over the tv. A pool and a fitness center, however some machines are broken. It’s a nice little room tho. :(Carpet sharks. Raid fixed it for me. My biggest gripe about living here is staff from Deitz Property Group. They seem to only be available by appointment, even though their hours are normal. Every time I go down to the office they are either at lunch, on a smoke break, or just vanished. Their phones are almost never answered, and it seems the best thing to do is email! The only thing that changes is the note in the window that says when they will be back! All and all More good times than bad. 3⁄5
