The staff is very unprofessional. They were having a disagreement in the front the first time I went. The food wasn’t seasoned and all they did was sprinkle seasoning on top of the food. Today I called about crawfish and the girl that answered made a deep sye and said in a rude voice we don’t have them and hung up. This place customer service is horrible and the girls that work there are going to cause it to close down. They don’t value their jobs with those bad attitudes

I have been here a few times now and the staff is great but even better the staff the food is awesome. The price of the food is also good for the amount of food you get. If you are in Columbus and enjoy seafood this place is a must!

Thibodeaux’s is one of the best seafood joints in Columbus, GA. I go there at least twice a week for the terrific boils that they offer. I’ll typically order either the Snow and Low Boil or the Crawfish Boil. Everything comes out fresh and the portions are plentiful. If you’re a Columbus local or just visiting, this is definitely a solid spot.

Really really wanted to like it because Cajun food is my favorite. But they must have been having a bad day because the food and the service were both pretty poor. I hope they turn it around.

We had the low country boil and crawfish boil. The restaurant is quiet and comfortable. We were there at the end of the afternoon and the floors were filthy, and we had to wipe the seats. Business was steady but not busy . The low boil was way too salty and the shrimp and potatoes never absorbed any of the flavor. The shrimp was fresh but not prepared for easy peeling. It wasn’t bad but if we weren’t in this side of town, I would have preferred to go to Skippers on Buena Vista… hands down.

Loved everything we ate! Service is unconventional but we’ll worth it. Step up to counter, order food, grab a number and self seat!

Amazing food here! Everything is fresh and comes out piping hot! My hubby and I shared the crab ball appetizer. For our meals, I got the Snow and Low Boil, and my hubby got the Fried Oyster a Dinner. Both came with more than enough food, and it was REALLY good. Prices are reasonable as well! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great tasting, fresh seafood in the Columbus area.

Although I loved this place initially, I couldn’t wrap my fingers around it this time. I truly wasn’t satisfied with the meal. I paid close to $ 12 for a meal that wasn’t worth that much. My catfish po boy was tasty but I felt like it was missing something. And then I ordered a potato salad as my side. It was not good at all. It tasted like someone just tossed it in some salt and pepper with chives. I was truly disappointed in the meal for the price that I paid. Maybe if it offered two sides then I would’ve given them an extra star.
