Tim Hortons

⁵⁰⁄₅₀ if they get your order right. Unfortunately it’s is the closest one. If another coffee/​breakfast place opens up we will not be using Tim Hortons and more.

Love Tim Hortons, but this is the worst location in Columbus as far as I’m concerned. The drive through is never quick no matter what time of day I visit. Today’s visit I overheard staff talking on the microphone while we were ordering. I had to repeat my order three times. Once at the window, I was again asked what my order was. This has been my typical experience since I moved to the Gahanna area more than 4 years ago.

Sausage sandwich without sausage. And they forgot my hash brown. Epic fail TH… So annoying. And it wasn’t even warm.

Horrible service couldn’t even get someone to take my order even after looking at me twice.
Well figured I’d give it another try but no same thing again. Management do your job and fix this.

Staff is horrendous at taking directions or being of any service, slow, overpriced for sorry chain food. Wouldn’t spend a dime here

Desperately long wait for one sandwich and ice cap since machine to make other stuff was broken

Just… don’t …the staff is rude… they can’t answer questions so they make you feel like a jerk when you ask them one… they refuse to accommodate the customers (like putting the grilled cheese on a different type of bread besides whole grain) …seriously so rude… Dunkin donuts is up turndown just go there

I absolutely love Tim Hortons but hate this location! Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I come here the workers look so unhappy to be there. They never utter a word to me even when I say things to them at the window. Today was the last straw when I got a bagel that was completely burned black with hardly any cream cheese and on top of that a hair was in it!!! Never coming to this one again! This location needs some serious help if they want to stay open!

This is seriously the worst Tim Horton’s in the city. I’d say at least about half the time I go, no matter how early, they are out of the most basic things. Croissants? Not a chance. Blueberry muffin? *evil laugh* Honey dipped Timbits? Never heard of them…
That’s how it feels to go here. But as a kicker if you’re at the drive thru they don’t tell you until you’re at the window where they will give you attitude if you then try to change what you wanted. You know, since they didn’t have what you wanted.
And you know those cup holder things that keep your cup from scalding you? At this Tim Horton’s they must be made of gold pressed latinum considering the ferengi-​like stinginess with which they hoard them. Oh, and twice now when I did get a blueberry muffin? The berries in the very center were still frozen.
I complained and asked for another one and the girl very helpfully said «The one we gave you was baked. You can tell by the top.»
Well– unless they have an oven that both freezes and cooks at the same time they didn’t leave it in long enough.
Save your sanity and either go to a different Tim Horton’s or find a Starbucks.
