TNR Training is a private fitness studio specialized in private training and small group sessions.

OUR programs offer guaranteed results, unmatched by any other competitors and superior customer service.

Our training is ideal for clients who want to lose weight, build endurance, increase strength and put on muscle.

All fitness programs include private sessions with your certified personal trainer, meal planning, exercise programming and progress assessing.

TNR Training offers private (1-​on-​1 sessions) as well as small group sessions (2 – 3 participants)

All sessions are 55 minutes long and are fully personalized to fit the needs of the clients.

Business Owner

My passion is fitness, healthy cooking, exercise and keeping myself challenged whether it’s at the gym or day-​to-​day life!

I am a college graduate from the Ohio State University as well as a WITS certified trainer. My interests include running, swimming, strength training and most importantly helping others get in the best shape of their life.

A few years ago, I underwent a dramatic physical transformation. I lost over 80 pounds within my first year of college, a change that ultimately lead me to become a trainer.

With the experience I earned through my personal journey with weight loss as well as my education obtained through school, I feel like I can truly understand one’s struggle of losing weight and the importance of being physically fit.

This is what motivates me to train others and guide them towards a stronger and healthier lifestyle!
