First time here today. I had heard great things about this place from family, so we decided to give it a try. I had high expectations of the place since my family loves it so much, but I had to hold it back some. First impression was not good. We waited for 10 minutes before our server arrived. Just before she arrived there was a large group of older women that arrived and were extremely loud. We were sitting in a side room with brick walls and the cackles of the old women were so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation or even talk to our server when she arrived. We needed up having to move to a different room. Once we got to the main room, it was much quieter and more enjoyable. The service was also nice and considerate at this point throughout the rest of the dining. We had two burgers and a Reuben in our group. None of the food was hot. There were a couple fries that were actually cold. The burgers and Reuben tasted pretty good. The lack of warmth just detracted from them. Overall, I plan to come back to give them another shot. It may have been an off day for them as this experience is not what I’ve heard about from others.

Best Burger in the area!!! The wait on your order is a little longer than some places, yes, but it’s fresh!!! Not frozen. I’ll wait on a fresh burger any day!!! Love the new Columbus site, but can’t wait for them to come back to West Point!!!

The fries were sensational. They were natural cut and the perfect thickness/crispiness. I was fortunate enough to try a friend’s sweet potato fries and they were also good. came with honey for dipping. I didn’t get the memo until after I ordered, but you can get your fries topped with melted cheese too. I probably wouldn’t have done that anyway as they were good by themselves. As far as the burger goes, I don’t think I ordered their best one. The mushroom/swiss/blue cheese burger was so-so. I could tell that the patty was house made(aka. not previously frozen) which is a plus in my book. If I go back, I will probably try the Elvis burger. Let me preface this next part by saying that A. I was with a large group and B. they were having computer issues, but it took me a little over 1.5 hours to order, eat, and get out of there. Definitely not fast food!
