I really wanted to give this Target 5 stars because it started off so well. First thing I noticed is the shopping carts. It looks like they’re made of high-grade plastic with no squeeky metal parts that can make my cart look like a gimp. No sir, these shopping carts glide quietly with such ease that they might as well be hovering on air. This particular location also had fresh groceries, self-checkout, and located in a large shopping center with many other stores such as King Kullen, Babies R Us, Sports Authority, Michaels and many more! And it’s these amenities that make this particular Target store such a standout compared to other Target stores I’ve been to. So now the reason i was at this store in the first place — because I was shopping for sneakers for my daughter and she wanted these pretty Frozen ones but the Target store I normally go to didn’t have them in her size. They helped me call up this store who did happen to have them in stock so they put them aside for me at Guest Services. So this is where I needed to deduct a star. First, NOONE was there(see picture). And check out lines were a mess(see other picture) and this was around 8pm on a Tuesday night! What about the self check out that I was talking about earlier? Well, that’s only beneficial if they were actually working. Look closely at the picture and you’ll see they’re out of order. Too bad because this Target had so much potential…

Love shopping at this location. The layout at this store is very organized, making it easy to find specific merchandise(better than Wal Mart) Lots of great sales. Recommended to buy all of your household cleaning supplies, grocery items and electronics because they are much cheaper here than the supermarket or Best Buy. Good quality bedding and house furnishings. Friendly employees that give speedy checkout and answer phone calls to help you find something easier.

I love Target and I’m always at this location running in for a couple of things but wind up buying lots more than expected. Grocery prices are cheaper than most of the nearby supermarkets, I’ve always had a good experience at the pharmacy dept, I like the inexpensive E.L.F makeup line Target carries, and even the clothing dept has some great finds. Oh and don’t forget to grab a coffee at the Starbucks located inside!

I worked at this location for 3 yrs over night and let me tell you, they treat there employees like SHIT! I mean on some rare occasions there nice but when you get them on a bad night watch out I’ve left work many times crying in my car for the way I was treated! I even had to yell at one of my bosses for the way he was treating me and I was in the right for doing so! They play favorites to certain ppl and let them do whatever they want and when you try your absolute hardest while being tired it still isn’t enough I know and understand that while there yelling and pushing us to go go go there bosses are pushing them to push us to go go go and there bosses are pushing them I get it but still sometimes I really felt that I was treated unfairly period the end and I’m not the only one

Today(1÷24÷14) I went into the Commack NY location on Veterans Highway. I asked about the GoPro Silver + sale($ 199.99 with headmount. Yes the white is also on sale but it was the silver I wanted. They pretended not to know about it. The employee found the tag in his drawer after opening it up it was staring right at him. He pretended like he had no knowledge of the sale at all even though I have a picture of a sign I took on Monday. I almost bought it Monday but the store was in the process of closing for the night. He would not give it to me at that price as he said not all targets are doing it. He called over the GTSL and manager. Four employees surrounded me(look at the cameras) They then said there is no way I could have known about the sale as the tag never left the desk. The manager and GTSL accused me of going behind the counter and going thru their drawer even though I didn’t. They accused me of stealing a «sale» sign. They treated and interrogated me like I shoplifted. I left frustrated after the way they treated me. If I hadn’t left they probably would have had security walk me out when all I asked was for the status of a sale.

Its target… not much else to say. But, there is a guy that always works at the pharmacy, I think the main guy and he is always super helpful and always asks if you need help finding anything. Now, there have been a few times when I’ve called in a prescription and it hasn’t been ready like it was supposed to be, but overall its a dandy experience.

I don’t know what I would do without Target. I know what I would have, and that’s more money because I go nuts whenever I come here. DVD’s? sure! Useless notepads? Sure! More candles and wine glasses? Definitely! They just have it all here and their return policy is very lenient. As long as you have the credit card you used for your purchase they will accept returns. However, if you lose your receipt and paid in cash you will only receive store credit and you lose a certain percentage of the item’s worth. I’m always impressed by the clothing section here, they have some decent things for a good price. Prices here beat any other shop, including local grocery stores.

My wife or I will hit this place at least once a week for various things. During the holiday seasons they keep the shelves pretty well stocked, so if you get there early you can usually find what your looking for. Now that they’ve started stocking standard grocery items, we will stop here for stuff like bananas and chocolate milk for the kids.

Targ’et… I love Target — they have lots of cheap stuff and good sales, when you can find the actual goods. This location seems a bit more disorganized than say Hicksville, but if you work at it, you can generally locate what you are looking for. Checkout is generally busy, and picking the line with the shortest amount of people does not guarantee you will be out any faster than the line with 50 people. Parking in front.

I’m not a big fan of Target in general, and this store does nothing to change my opinion. I usually stop here for some supplies, when visiting my sister. I find the store to be generally disorganized and staff nonexistent to assist me. Next time, i think I’ll just bring food from home.

This is supposed to be a Target Greatlands. Except it’s not so great. I’ve been searching for a certain coffee table. Yes, I live in Brooklyn, NO, Commack is nowhere near Brooklyn. But it supposedly had 5 of my tables in stock, as well as some stored as well. I even called to make sure, because it really is not convenient at all. The nice lady on the phone assured me that I could definitely get this table if I came by. So I came by. Not only was there no table out on the floor, the person«helping» me said that they did have it in back, but I’d have to wait until the next day to get it. Really. It’s not like I had plans on staying over in Commack just to get this table. So I left. Without the table. Thought I might get some popcorn on the way out to make things better. Except they were out of popcorn. Ok — thought I’d get a medium soda to go with me on the long ass drive back to Brooklyn. What was that? Out of medium cups too? At least I got a big cup that he charged me the medium price for. Dear Commack. Get yourself together.
