All Points Towing

I’ve been on the side of the road more than my share of times, and had to have USAA call assistance for me — if USAA uses these guys, that’s more than good enough for me.
However, these guys rock in so many ways I have to elaborate further — I had a recent experience with my truck needing service and I had the exact opposite of customer service I received from these guys. When I told him what was going on he a) really seemed to give a hoot b) gave me some things to keep in mind once the truck got to the repair shop so I would get the best service for the price and c) was very personable and made certain to identify his driver, the truck, as well as ETA.
Eric, the driver, showed up and was as pleasant and professional as they come. Had my truck up on the flatbed in no time like he could do it blindfolded. I feel like I’ve made two new friends as a result of the fact that my truck decided to die at the farm where I keep my horse.
But it gets even better — USAA had accidentally selected a service provider that wasn’t correct, and Josh called me himself to discuss the situation — literally minutes after Eric departed with the flatbed. We discussed the situation and Josh told me where he takes his personal cars and I told them to take it there and night-​drop the keys. Josh then went above and beyond by telling me he was going to personally call them to notify their staff that my truck was coming and told me the best time to reach him tomorrow so he could answer any questions I might have.
Seriously, these guys are as good as they get — and I’ve had more than my share of experiences with needing roadside assistance and a tow.

Last week I had dealt with a night full of issues with emergency roadside assistance through my insurance company. All Points towing was the third company they dispatched. The first one wouldn’t answer their phone or return calls (they finally called 18 hours PAST their ETA) and the second one gave me an ETA that was 6 hours out. By the time they showed up I was a bit of an emotional mess due to the stress of what was now our 2^nd dead car and the fact of dealing with being in the 10 – 15 degree weather for almost 4 hours. The gentleman arrived almost and hour before the ETA and was very pleasant and helpful. He was professional and completed the job in what seemed like no time at all. I will definitely be requesting them for any future towing/​roadside assistance needs that I have!

I had a very simple roadside assistance job that needed to be done. Joshua got there in the half hour quoted to me on the phone, and was very nice. The charge was very resonable and the service done quickly. I ended up calling this company after going throught he numerous numbers on Google for help. This company was the ONLY one that answered (phone kept ringing), didn’t have a 40 minute wait time, or a busy signal. Mind you this is at 8am, and all companies phones were listed as 24hr companies on Google. Also a huge return customer point for me is that they are local and family owned. I always try to give my business to local companies and will keep these guys in mind if I ever have any other problems arise. SHOUT OUT TO JOSHUA!!! First time that I’ve ever had to call a towing company and the first Google search led me to this towing company. We set the time up and the total price was reasonable. The issue that we had was that was I left my wallet in my car and then things took a turn for the worst. When they got there we were never contacted about my door being opened or the keys in the ignition. We put the keys under the mat like instructed. They also said the wallet was found opened on the drivers side seat. All my cash was gone by the end of the night. I wish they wouldn’t touch the car and figured this out a different way. This car was in the middle of the highway where cars were going 65 – 70 mph. All in all be smarter about the way you leave your car and who you hire.

Horribly overcharged. Also looks as if they destroyed about $ 900 worth of mechanical steering equipment on the truck trying to move it. Definitely will do my best to avoid this company. Never bother. Don’t recommend.

Yesterday, on our way to a Unilocal event. my car decided that it did not want to go. The battery worked, but it refused to turn over. I guess she wanted a day off. We were «stranded» in a walmart parking lot.
My husband looked up companies to call on his «smart phone». He picked a referral service called «24 hour towing». Firstly, 24 hour towing sent a young man who did not identify himself. He drove a car with no logo, and we did not know who in the hell he was. We thought he was a good Samaritan because we were sitting there with our hood open… and had *already* tried jumping it… so we knew that was not the problem. After failing to make the car operational… he pulled out an invoice and wanted my husband to sign so that they could charge us 65 dollars… for something we did not ask for. WE ASKED FOR A TOW TRUCK !!
There were a few red flags… firstly, they did not quote the base price and the mileage over the phone. We called them right away and told them that we did not ask for a jump… we knew we wanted a truck. They offered to take some of the money off the bill. (FOR WHAT!!!) They said a truck was dispatched. Two and a half hours later, and several calls… no truck. The dispatcher repeatedly said the driver would call us. No one called. We called them back and told them to stuff it. (Okay, that’s what we WANTED to tell them!)
We called All Points Towing. They were there within 30 minutes, the friendly driver had our car up on the truck and on the road within minutes. We were quoted 65.00 plus 3.00 a mile to bring it home. He turned his truck in our very tiny drive at our townhome… and neatly slipped my VW into the GARAGE !!! (I really think he is magical)
Not only was it nice to be «saved»…the ride home in his clean truck was pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks All Points for turning our bad situation into a positive one. I am glad that there is a tow company out there who isn’t out there to rob you when you are already facing car repairs. If we ever need another tow. we are calling All Points. They rock.

Very good customer service! I actually called another towing company that was rated high here on Unilocal first before I called them. The other company must be doing great because they had absolutely no time for me!
