If I could leave zero stars I would. We had them do some repairs of a vehicle that was in an accident. They agreed to do the job. After many months passed not only did they not finish the job, nor try to finish it, they did more damage than was originally there. This was confirmed by three other mechanics who looked at the vehicle after it was in their possession. We took very detailed before pictures so we are certain about the damage. This shop costed us a lot of money and much more aggravation. Besides incredibly shoddy work they are horrible communicators. They effectively dodged and or did not return our calls during this entire ordeal. In the end we had it towed to another shop that was able to complete the job. I agree with another reviewer, save yourselves a lot of anguish and go somewhere else!

I don’t even know where to start. From the first call to the finished product. Professionalism at its finest. Called on a Wednesday needing my brakes and rotors done it was kind of an emergency. Took my 2008 Audi A4 in and was out of the shop in 3 hours knowing I had found a new, trustworthy shop to work on my car. Making my situation a lot easier. Please take my experience and advice when I say these guys know their stuff. Viktor was who I talked to from the start and the guy knows his stuff. Also it’s been about 2 weeks and my brakes are amazing.

Buyer Beware! You’ve been warned, now let me tell you about my wife and I’s experience.
Honestly, if I could give this a lower rating, I absolutely would. My wife and I recently relocated from Arizona, to Denver Metro and were looking for a car that would be able to have AWD, and would be a good secondary car for us.
What started the search process is Craigslist, and then Autotrader, both of which had the car listed. We reached out and spoke to a few gentlemen, who told us the car was being sold for $ 14,900, and was all up to date on all maintenance, and oil changes. We get ready to move to Denver, and then we are told that Sales Tax is on top of the purchase price, and that we would need to communicate this to our Bank, whom they had been in contact with. APB signed a contract that said they were taking care of all sales tax, and anything else, and that the $ 14,900 was inclusive of everything.
A few weeks later, we noticed that the car didn’t have any acceleration, was extremely sluggish, and had trouble starting up at times. I reached out to APB, and they told me that the car was sold as is, and that I had to take care of everything. After speaking with Anastasia multiple times, and after I discovered that I was actually in possession of the Title, rather than them (APB) sending it to the bank (which is something ALL car lots do), I gladly took them back the title, and they took care of the taxes.
Flash forward a few more weeks, (and remember, we’ve only had the car for no more than 6 weeks) my wife was leaving her work, and the car would not start, and I had to have this car towed to a mechanic. What was discovered is the Camshaft and the oil screen that feeds the oil into the cam’s and valves was completely busted, and that the only reason why this happens is because the oil that is in the engine is so old, and hadn’t been replaced for over a year. The mechanic pulled off the cap, and showed me personally what the condition of the oil was, and it was extremely black, sludgey, and old. After calling Anastasia, and speaking with her, she told me that this was our problem, not theirs, that she only made a few hundred dollars on the sale, and that she would attempt to find the oil and service records for the car, but has yet to do so. Remind you, we purchased this car from APB because we were told that someone in the family had the car, and just wanted to upgrade and get something different.
The entire amount that I’m having to pay is around $ 3,000 to $ 4,000. The Timing Chain (not belt) within the engine is also acting up all because we purchased a car that was «visually inspected», not hooked up to any of their sensors and tested before it was put up for sale at their lot.
The reason why I say this now is this: If a car lot that is also selling car parts, auto body work, and selling cars would not take the time to make sure that the product that they were selling was in good working order, then what does that mean for everything else that they touch? You absolutely cannot cut corners when it comes to providing service for Vehicles, and selling vehicles.
Do yourself a favor, and check out the reviews on Unilocal as well. There was a gentlemen that was sold defective parts, and APB refused (much like they’re doing now) to help him out with a refund, or offering to fix it, and he contacted a lawyer and Anastasia was summoned, and eventually they took care of it because of the legal action that was being taken. I am in the process of retaining counsel, as well as taking to social media to expose them for being fraudulent with what they sold my wife and I. I take full responsibility that this is sold: As Is, however, when claims are made that are not true with regards to the service work that has been done on the vehicle, and 6 weeks after a car is purchased, I’m now having to shell out even more money to get it fixed because the previous owners didn’t change the oil for well over a year, then it’s time to pursue the correct course of action.

Have known these guys for a while. Have had major services like timing belt done. Recently had the front and rear bumpers repainted. All I can say is great work! When it’s time to paint the whole car, I’ll be back.

Heard of APB motors from a good friend who bought his Audi from them at a Crazy low price. It was a bit complicated to locate them. They had lots of cars to choose from and they let me test drive 3 of there vehicles. loved them all, they did mention it was a salvage and on two of them they were able to provide previous pictures of the damage. I was able to take my A4 to a local mechanic to check frame and mechanics of the vehicle. Everything checked out just fine. There was the check light that when on 2 weeks later, so i brought over to them and they took care of me right away! Not to talk bad about the dealerships but I highly doubt any dealership would of taken care of me like APB. All in all I’m very happy with the whole transaction and my New/​used A4 :) also BTW service is A+++ !

We purchased a 2011 Volvo XC90 from APB Motors. I had a hundred questions and they answered each one. Sent pictures when I ask them about details. They found me a shipper and when I ask about a couple of things the car was not sent with (extra key, owners manual) they located them and shipped them immediately. I would do business with them anytime. I just wish I lived closer. Love the car and love their service.

For a new local here in denver, APB was recommended to me by Charles who transported my S2000 from CA to CO, it took sometime for me to finally come to this place just because I was unfamiliar with the town.
So I finally got the time to come in the shop and asked for my headlights to be restored since it was botched up by a shop in CA also had buffer burns on my fender and bumper.
After an hour or so wait, i found my headlights super clean and I was very pleased with the work they did, they also buffed my burns so now my fender and bumper is cleaned up! YAY
I looked up APB on Unilocal because I am one of those who like to look at reviews of a place that I am considering, and found one bad review, but since it was recommended by my transporter I went anyways and found out that the bad review is bogus.
I will be using APB again once i save up a bit more cash for new paint and polish on my S2 for my lip and scratches on the body from rocks on the road, and possibly get a hard top install and paint.

Well, I knew APB Motors for several years now, even before they moved to the new location in commerce city. I’ve had several cars, and they did service on two of them. Anastasiya at the front desk– knows more about car parts than my brother– amazing! Their new facility is very big, and big selection of cars available. Communication is easy, reply is sometimes a little longer than I’d want (but that’s because I want everything yesterday), In overall, my experience with them is very nice — and the price is right. I’m still driving the car that I bought through them last year!
