We called Elite to rent a dumpster for a week or so and clean out our basement and garage. At first they didn’t have a dumpster available in the size we wanted but I decided to get on the wait list just in case and I’m glad that I did. They called the next day to let us know that they had one available and it could be delivered the day we were looking for. Awesome!
The delivery driver was insanely skilled at dropping the dumpster in our driveway! We offered to move the car that was parked on one side but he said there was no need. He parked the dumpster between our car and our mailbox with maybe 2 feet in each side and he did it perfectly! It made it so much more convenient for me to toss stuff out of the garage with the dumpster right in front of it.
After a week, we still had the dumpster and I called just to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake about the pickup times. Turns out, you call them when you’re done and we still had more time included in the price we paid. I had no idea! So we were able to do some yard clearing the following weekend and really fill our container which was an expected bang for our buck.
Overall, we were really pleased with the ease of the whole process and having paid for dumpsters before, I felt the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend Elite Roll-​Off to others.

Well, here is the typical case where «I’m sorry» is not quite enough. I rented a dumpster from them. I am a Contractor, and when I need to be off a jobsite, I need to be gone without excuse. I rented the dumpster on a Monday and they said it would be picked up in 7 days, the following Monday. Monday happened to fall on a holiday, so they told me Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came and went, then they called and said Thursday. Thursday they called and said a truck broke down, they will get it Friday. Friday came and went. I was done on Friday and because there was a dumpster in front of the house, it cost the owners a weekend of open houses! Then Monday came, and they STILL did not get it. So i called, and she say, «oh you aren’t even on the pick up list anymore, sorry»!!! I wanted to laugh. Poorly run company, unorganized. You caused a huge problem for me, and I have to explain why these people have a dumpster in their driveway for an extra week and a half. I wanted her to offer a partial refund. That is how you give great customer service. I won’t use Elite roll off again. Take your business somewhere else.
