Have you ever felt afraid to call a plumber? Well, my drain has been acting up for about 8 months. I have been lucky to have friends that can put some pressure on a plunger… but not this time. I started a load of laundry on Friday morning… and went to move the clothes to the dryer… but instead, found the drain backed up about 2 inches. Fear set in… oh gee… is it my sewer line — which we all know cost thousands of dollars. Luckily, I was referred to this company and felt confident that they would tell me the truth on what was happening with my line. Jason showed up, personable and professional and went to work! And when I say, went to work… he opened up my main line –and used his machine and worked that line — it struggled to get through, but finally — about 40 plus feet in — he hit the tree roots! Check out the photos! Then, he followed up with a camera scope of my line. My fear — this is not going to be good.
Reason…I live in a house built in 1949 and have many mature trees on my property. My neighbors have had to have their yards tore up… to replace the line. So, looking on the monitor, Jason did a play by play of what he saw in the drain. All pretty good he said! — Peace of mind at last! The drain is working great and I am so relieved! I highly recommend Go Direct Services — they are honest, go over and above what you expect and their special right now can’t be beat! $ 139 to have your drain cleared and scope of your line! I found out that Jason has been in the business for many years and takes pride in his job. Likes to make the customer happy and you can tell. He knows his equipment and left my place spotless!
