I am a Colorado native and I grew up with at least two pets in our home at a time. We had several dogs and a lot of rescued cats that we took in. When I got older, my passion for horses took over and I started showing horses and assisting in riding lessons with the instructor. I felt like I was practically living at that horse ranch. It was so much fun! After that, I became a dog groomer for several years which I really enjoyed doing. Then I became an independent contractor for a friend’s pet sitting/​dog walking business. I loved it so much that I decided I wanted to start my own pet sitting/​dog walking business and that’s when Ruby Roo’s Pet Care was born. I am very proud of my business and I love taking care of animals and helping people as much as I can.
