Spec wheels did an amazing job on my SRT-​8 rims. They could have turned out better! Quickly done and a good price.

Spec wheels did an amazing job with two rims I had taken in. One rim was cracked, the other severely bent due to Denver potholes. Upon my arrival they immediately put both on a machine and determined if they could be repaired, they discussed my options (I could just have the damage repaired or they could repair and refinish). For an additional $ 40 I elected to have the rims repaired and refinished. They quoted me my final price (FYI– 5% fee if you pay by credit card) and informed me they would be done in 1 – 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back about 24 hours later to say they were finished. I am very pleased with the outcome as they look brand new and match the exact finish of the other rims that were not repaired. I highly recommend using Spec Wheels!

I was a bit skeptical when I brought them my damaged wheels. I was pleased with the quick turn around time, and with the precise work done to return my wheels to perfectly round!

I’ve been using Spec Wheels for over 3 years through work. On average they repair 5 – 10 wheels per month for us. Over the past few years (and hundreds of wheels!) We have had an issue with only 2 of them, and both of these were corrected the next day.
Whether you’re a repair shop or just an average Joe getting your wheels repaired, you can’t go wrong with these guys.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. These guys are not worth your time or trouble. They will screw you.

Spec takes care of a very large number of wheel repairs for the company I work for, so I deal with them on a almost a weekly basis. They are absolutely amazing when it comes to the repairs and work, second to none.
My issue with them is the «customer service» — I work with people all day in the automotive industry, and you only get one chance to make a good first impression. The woman who answers the phone is very short, abrupt, cold and unpleasant, like the feeling you get going to the dentist for a root canal. She picks up the phone and methodically asks if you can hold, then without a reply or pause puts you on hold. Customer friendly??? Not so much… If you inquire as to the timeline on a pick up or project, be prepared for brusque, short answers and definately don’t expect a thank you or a pleasant experience. If you want a quasi-​rude phone call with the outcome being a great wheel job, this is your place.
I would happily throw down 5 stars if I didn’t shudder before calling them just because I dread having to talk to whomever the ice woman answering the phone is. A class in etiquette, customer service is definately in order…

Don and everyone else at Spec Wheel are amazing. They do a fantastic job at powder coating/​wheel repair and the customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
I had one problem occur but Don fixed the problem and even refunded my money. And the problem wasn’t even their fault!
