I like that this location has the newer Coke beverage machines so the possibilities are endless. They also bring your order to your table which is nice touch on their part. I stick to the a la carte menu so I can make my own combo at a cheaper price. It also cuts the calories if you don’t get the fries which is the hardest thing to do to be honest. Speedy and clean so I keep coming back.
Oh, and the Sriracha Sourdough burger is dissapointingly bland and lacks heat.

Had 8 people get there order before me and all I ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich really bad slow service and management and burnt fries 2 come on its not hard to cook fries

This jack in the box has the most lazy, irresponsible, and inexperienced workers it’s been a few times when I get my order wrong they never offer condiment like hot souse, butter milk napkins ext. and one more and they close at 2:00 am bit since take

Haven’t been inside, just stopped by one morning to get a breakfast sandwich. In and out rather quick. It’s about of of the few fast food restaurants within the area, located in a central spot. Only problem is the getting out of it if you need to make a left hand turn, you might not be able to. Since I come I the morning, it wasn’t a problem. The sandwich was fine, typically breakfast sandwich, the service was fast and friendly, like most Jack and the Boxes. I would come back for a quick breakfast or lunch, if I am really hungry.

Come here very often for food and my favorite mango ice teas. I most often get my food through drive-​thru. The drive-​thru staff are excellent! They are very friendly and always helpful and do not hesitate to fulfill a request. And i always receive my order quickly. This Jack in the Box is the best i have been to by far.

Hit & miss when it comes to friendly service… but it’s fast food, so I really don’t care. As long as my order is correct & food is at the proper temperature… which it is, I’m good!
They do seem to take a while, but it’s a pretty busy location so that is expected.

Used to be in the area a lot, so been here a couple of times and have experienced the following:
— Cold food (few times)
— Wrong order/​missing food (usually my husband’s stuff)
— Long waits (most of the time, they sometimes have us drive forward so that the sensor doesn’t read that they took so long)
It meets the «Location, location, location» test, but that’s about it. If you don’t mind driving a little longer and going to another location, DO IT.

This is a nice clean JITB in a sketchy part of town where there’s more big rig trucking related businesses than restaurants.
I found this location while driving side streets to avoid the 5 Freeway which has a tendency to turn into something of a parking lot on Friday nights.
I usually ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and found no surprises. It’s smaller than the old style locations, but super fast and clean.
