My experience was not that of the other reviewer. I was approached for assistance almost immediately, even with a crowded store. Sales rep Axel took time to check other stores and find colors I wanted. I would say this is an above average Nike factory store. Surprised at the one star.

I would do a half a star if I could. Every time we come here there is a billion workers but no one wants to help. I hate they have good sales cause that is the only reason I come back! There are a select few that help. But for every 10 workers 1.5 helps. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
