PTC also offers pressure washing, steam cleaning, street sweeping, model maintenance, green cleaning, window washing, street sweeping for community garages, and post construction clean-up.
History
Established in 1985.
Established in 1985 Patrick & Mary moved from Reno, NV to San Clemente, Ca with hopes of owning a home. Unfortunately, they could not qualify for the home on Patrick’s salary in food processing, but a friend suggested that Mary earn additional income by cleaning the model homes, enabling them to qualify for their first home. This was the start of Personal Touch Cleaning. At first, Mary specialized in model home maintenance, which soon transitioned into cleaning pools & common areas.
In 1995, Patrick left his career in the food industry & took over PTC. By then, they were servicing 50 communities with just 6 employees. They had outgrown their home office & moved to their first office in the Irvine Spectrum. PTC has since expanded their services to the Inland Empire, the Greater Los Angeles area to service Luxury High Rise Condominiums, and San Diego County.
Today, PTC is the largest provider of cleaning and maintenance services to homeowner associations in Southern California.

Prior to 1985, Patrick lived in Reno, NV working for the food processing industry. After moving in San Clemente, California and realizing that the Cleaning and Maintenance business his wife, Mary, had serendipitously started, Patrick left his career in food processing to take over Personal Touch Cleaning and expand this new. Patrick has been able to open PTC’s services to the Inland Empire, the Greater Los Angeles area to service Luxury High Rise Condominiums, and San Diego County. Today, Patrick and Mary’s business is the largest provider of cleaning and maintenance services to homeowner associations in Southern California.
