Worst customer service! Very rude cashiers and bad experience in handling customer exchanges. Never shopping here!

Lost a sale. Stood in line while the cashiers helped two people that just walked up. They did see me waiting. Retraining your staff would be a priority.

**Poor customer service — NOT an outlet**
The customer service at this location just amazed me. You’re not greeted by anyone, and just try asking a question. I asked if they had any more skorts, and without even looking at me, «just what’s on the table» then the sales associate walks away. Rude. I heard another customer ask for help, and a different employee told her, «no, I can’t help you, I’m cleaning out the dressing room.» Like she can’t stop doing that for a second to help a customer? Really?
Despite being located in an outlet mall, this is not an outlet. I was at a different Children’s Place the day before, and they had all the same items, at the same prices. Person in front of me tried using a coupon, and the cashier wasn’t very friendly about it. She gave her an attitude and said «we don’t take coupons because we’re an outlet store.»
