I was assisted at this shop earlier this week. Dane was great to work with. He was very informative, efficient, and ordered a part for me in a timely manner. He kept me updated throughout the day and kept me in the loop. I felt secure that my car was in good hands with Dane and the staff. He let me know what else I needed done for future reference. He’s a great guy and perfect to be in charge if the shop!

These guys are great. Totally reliable (which is the biggest fear: finding an honest mechanic). Quick work. Up front about all the details before they did anything. I had a long list of fixes. You pay for the honesty (that’s the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is simply because it’s not cheap.).

Great honest service and a lesson learned. The previous mechanic I took my car to said I had a fuel injection problem and he didn’t do fuel injection. Not absolutely convinced it was a fuel injection problem but took the mechanics word for it, I kept driving down Atlantic and saw on the side of Webb’s building that they do fuel injection. I drove in and was told to get a diagnostic to identify the problem. I went ahead and got the diagnostic and it turned out to be just a couple of fuses and one of the battery posts. The lesson learned? As Rob said, it’s best to identify the problem properly and fix it, as oppose to guessing what it might be and spend on unnecessary repairs that don’t fix the problem. Had I taken the «cheap route» and not paid for the diagnostic, and asked for fuel injection repair, I’m sure it would have been much more costly. Thanks for the great honest service and lesson Rob!

I only come here for smog checks. They are super friendly. For the smog check the price is on $ 60

Rob and his team are great! I trust them with my 3 toyotas and my 2008 bmw– great prices too! They get very busy, so call ahead and tell them Gary’s daughter referred you.

I called early one morning to inquiy about getting my car smogged, the guy didnt seem friendly nor interested in answeing my questions he finally 60.50 to pass, $ 52 on fail they can repair. I called in later the same day to ask about an appointment and I told them I wanted him to check a sensor, he lectured me and said i would have to pay a diagnostic fee and i told him i only wanted to change the sensor, to do it that way and eventhally said he was too busy to take my car in for an appointment because they are to busy in the summer.
So i went to this awesome shop that was worth the drive it’s called Smog Plus in Inglewood that also smogs and repair if needed and they charge only 44.50 and they are very nice people and don’t cheat or scam like some other shops i’ve been to

Quick fix for the flat tire! I was able to do it during the lunch time. AAA membership gives you 10% off and this store is AAA approved repair shop. It was professional and friendly. They even checked the air pressure for the spare tire!

AMAZING SERVICE. I had to stop by this place to get an urgent service check-​up on my car and they were so efficient and friendly. The service took only half an hour whereas the dealership had told me a checkup normally takes 3 hours. I’ll definitely come back here without hesitation. Thank you to this little auto shop for making a usually annoying experience so easy and stress-​free :)

I had a few problems with my Mini Cooper and I initially took my car into the Mini Cooper dealership which was going to cost me both arms and a both legs for them to work on my car. I don’t know anything about cars and I just felt like I was getting taken advantaged of.
I was referred to Webb’s and the person who helped me was Joey, he was very helpful. He took his time and explained to me in simple human talk what my car needed to get fixed. He looked up all the parts that were needed and told me a quote on how much labor and everything would cost, did the break down and it was a lot lower than what I expected it to be, which was great! He told me that it would take a max of three hours, good thing Webb’s was close to the citadel shopping outlets so it worked out perfectly and his timing was accurate! Which sometimes is very hard to come by, some shops will tell you an hour and they keep your car for the whole day! Which I hate!
Joey, seems very trustworthy and honest, and that’s what I was looking for in a shop. I would highly recommend Webb’s for any car problems you have.

The employees were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Honest on what I needed to fix my car and gave me a price way lower than I had anticipated before going to the shop. Quick service and everything works greats now

I was hesitant to switch auto shops because I really liked the one I had gone to for years in La Mirada. Decided to try out this one by the Citadel and ended up switching to Webb’s for good.
The manager Joey gave me good time estimates for when they would call me and finish and when I told some more repair savvy friends of mine about the service they told me I got good prices and that they wanted to try going there for their next repairs as well.

I can hardly begin with how bad the service was. AAA towed my car there. They said it would be 2 hours to look at it. I had to keep calling them because they never called me back. Finally 5 mins before they closed they told me my oil pan was broken beyond repair and would have to be replaced. I offered to bring a part to them, and they said they could buy everything else needed from the dealer (some special o-​rings that I told them it needed). I told them I would bring them the part at 8:30, and they assured me they would take care of it and get me back on the road by noon.
Next day… more disaster. I bring them the part at 8:30 and they say they have what they need. An hour later, they call to tell me they could not get the special o-​ring from the dealer. I call the dealer and they said they will sell it to me, so I drive out and back to get the parts.
Now they are ready to work on the replacement, and they provide me with an estimate for labor that is MORE than the dealer was going to charge! They said it would take 4 hours (@$$$$/hour) which is twice the time quoted by an alternate specialty shop. And to boot, they say they can’t get started on it for another 2 hours, but they think they can probably get it done by the end of the day.
I say no way jose. I took my car elsewhere and couldn’t be happier! Tow truck driver saw the state and confirmed that I made a good choice.
As I was getting ready to leave, they tell me that the car was taken off the rack but not put back together. So they hand me a dirty, oily pastic part and some screws and say they think that is everything but the guy that took it apart is out to lunch.
Overall I was displeased. I didn’t really deal with the mechanics, just the receptionist, but do not waste your time with him.
The receptionist is super chipper, but he has no idea what he is talking about. I would not trust him. Go elsewhere and save your money!!!

Friendly and fast. Definitely didn’t feel over charged when they changed my oil. Fellow country music lover Rob is the best!

I noticed I had a large nail stuck in one of my rear tires after arriving to work one day. I needed to go to an auto shop STAT, so I randomly came across Webb’s as I was searching for auto shops near my work.
I went in during my lunch break. The mechanic working there took a look at the problem, I filled out a form, and VOILA– my tire was patched up and good as new. The whole process took about 30 mins, tops.
The price was standard for a simple patch-​up; however, the owner (?) gave me a discount! Awesome~ Granted, he did so because he wanted me to write a review for his shop, which I have no problem doing so since their service was great. I would definitely come here again!

I only signed up to review this place because the service was amazing! Ive been looking around to find a good shop that is trust worthy honest and fair, and guess what guys this is it. I came in for an oil change and that is what i left with. Fast and easy service for a reasonable price. A+ will be coming back.

Just got my breaks done here. The guy I spoke with was so nice and gave a great deal. My car was in and out. Prior coming here I had my breaks estimated in a few shops around the area and this was the best price and didn’t take so long. I also heard they do fire dept. trucks so they must be good for the city to have services done by them!
The shop itself was really clean and looks kept up. There is a gas station across the street. And if you drop your car off you can always stop at the outlets or Stevens steak house :)
as for the bad review below, it seemed like the person ‘knew’ what was needed, but most likely did not. Can you imagine some person coming into a business and telling you what needs to be done when they them self are not trained or certified for that service?
Ha its just like going into a Porsche auto shop and telling them to put these new Hyundai rims on the car. Seriously need I say more?

I love dealing with car dealerships — the overpriced mark ups, pushy attitudes, and the seemingly consistent incompetence.
After laughing hysterically at the guy at the dealership telling me a cracked belt would cost over $ 500, I called up a number of shops to get quotes on the repair. Webb’s was quick to give a quote within a few minutes on the phone, which was very competitive, including labor & parts.
The day I arrived, the repairs were done within 30 minutes of pulling into the shop. We went over the phone quote versus in shop estimate and even though the costs for the parts were a little higher than what I was told, they still honored their price that I told them that they quoted over the phone a few days before. Not a bad deal at all, considering I was willing to pay the extra cash for the parts that were specific to my car.
No BS, just straight to the point service — a definite recommend for auto repairs.
Also, the shop itself is a small one, almost hidden on Atlantic. You need to enter from the rear, via the side street that crosses Atlantic.

Several months ago I came here to get my timing belt replaced. My car needed it badly and my brother recommended this place to me. My brother has had his car serviced here before and has noticed that they are really honest and professional. My brother is very, very picky so I knew that this place would be the right one. My car runs well and I have had no issues with the timing belt. The guys here told me that they could use Honda parts or economy parts and gave me an idea of what it would cost. I chose the economy parts and I have had no problems at all. I was pleased when they told me the cost would be a little more than $ 800 for a complete timing belt replacement job since it would have costed me a bit more than $ 200 at a Honda dealer. If you want honest people to work on your car come here. Another good thing about Webb’s Auto is that they are AAA recommended!
