In response to Karen’s «response», all of her statements are purely fictitious, and should be further proof that they are running a scam.
They never left a voicemail, and refused to issue an apology for their lack of ethical behavior. Furthermore, if I am «bullying» one of their customer service reps by demanding to speak to their supervisor for their incompetence, then paint me guilty.

In response to the review below, Rachel called to place an order, after the order was placed we were informed that some items were not in stock. We called back the same day and left a message for Rachel explaining the situation. Rachel never returned our call. A couple of days passed and Rachel called us looking for her order. After bullying a customer service rep the call was turned over to me.
I explained to Rachel that we had called and left a detailed message on their voice mail but no one called us back. rachel demanded that we ship the order over night at our expense and when I explained to her that while we would be happy to ship it ground we could not pay for over night.
There was no error on the part of 213 Apparel nor was there an error on shipping. Rachel did not respond to our call and blames us.
