I ordered a $ 50+ bouquet of flowers for my mothers birthday last month and she said the flowers arrived wilted and at the end of their life. I ordered online, so I had no way of seeing what they looked like before they arrived. Very disappointed as I wanted to give my business to a local establishment rather than a Pro-​Flowers.

I met the owner when shopping for flowers in a wholesale flower mart and her kindness and helpfulness touched me deeply. When I later needed flowers for a mile-​stone bday celebration they sooo took care of me! The owner made sure she got to know me and my taste so as to be able to suggest great choices. They take care of their customers like family. You just don’t get that in LA, but I guess in Compton you do! Thanks ladies!

I actually ordered an order of flowers here for Valentine’s Day and it went smoothly.
I usually order from like ProFlowers, 1800 flowers, etc.
The last straw came when on Thursday, a week before V-​Day (I like to call it D-​Day) I had an order set up with Proflowers. My order came out to like $ 42. The next day when I was about to process the same payment, they jumped it up to $ 65 dollars.
So I decided to support local businesses at that point.
I looked up flower shops around my GF’s job and found this place. They had online pictures and everything I needed.
Of course, it felt sketchy ordering online through a place I’ve never been to, so I was hoping I wasn’t getting swindled.
The day of, I called the place just to verify my order was going out and she said their orders had left that morning.
About 10 minutes later my GF text me that the flowers got there and that she loved them.
A big sigh of relief.
Not only because I knew the flowers got there, but I avoided a nasty fight with the GF.
Another thing: They hand-​write their cards. Which is a very nice touch! The other mainstream places just print out a card and doesn’t make it feel personal… AT ALL.
I’m definitely ordering from here again.
