are for one person per flight. Each passenger chooses from any or all of these options: Aerobatic thrills, smooth scenic rides, and/​or flight lesson. Fly along the beautiful Pacific coastline of Long Beach, Palos Verdes & Redondo Beach. Great gift.

History

Established in 2000.

BiplaneFun.com’s biplane rides has flown 3000+ passengers along the beautiful coastline of Los Angeles/​Long Beach since 2000. Mike Hanson, our flight instructor/​pilot enjoys introducing people to the «fun in the sky». Mike’s been flying since 1994 and has over 2000+ hours in this Stearman Biplane. Every flight is an adventure he shares with the passenger, making it special just for them. He is a member of Antique Aircraft Assoc., Long Beach Airport Assoc., JLFL, Stearman Flight, E.A.A., & is a Young Eagles pilot with EAA7​.org in Long Beach.

His wife, Kendle (also a private pilot) personally speaks to all customers/​emailers, schedules flights, issues gift certificates, does the office stuff and loves flying & air shows.

Kendle’s been flying since 1999. Kendle & Mike married and decided to share the Stearman with the public doing Biplane Rides along coast of Long Beach. Kendle formed the business and Mike has the commerical rating, does the flying.
