Jump For Fun

I’ve been ordering jumpers and other things from this company for years! The drivers have always been on time and very friendly. Most importantly the jumpers have ALWAYS been clean! They’ll be delivering a Paw Patrol bouncer in a few days and I can’t wait to watch my little boy have a blast, once again! Thank you for your part in helping my family create some wonderful memories!

Arrived late and delivered a musty dirty bouncer. Needless to say jumper was pretty much useless for us. It is 10pm now and jumper has yet to be picked up.
There are better companies out there– keep looking!

Don’t have anything else to do with your whole day? Want to spend hundreds of dollars? Shabby and mildew-​smelling. A seam ripped in ours while in use. Earliest possible drop off and latest possible pickup. Wonder where the driver is? So does the receptionist who so helpfully tells you nothing. Wish I’d read more reviews before signing over my day and paycheck to this company. Apparently they don’t clean or repair them between uses as my mom cleaned candy and trash out of it before we could use it, and it still smelled like a moldy shower curtain…

Awful experience!
I was a loyal Jump for Fun client until my last rental, July 26^th, 2015. I was shocked when the jumper arrived late, and it took 3 guys to do the work that just one did for us for years! How hard is it to install a jumper and sno-​cone machine? I don’t know what their problem was but I can tell you I will never use them again. Not only were they late, but the jumper stopped working after 20 mins and never turned back on. And the sno-​cone machine I rented gave me an electric shock every time I reached into it so I had to shut it down. I called the company several times to complain only to be told 4 times that Richard, the owner, who was one of the 3 guys who made the pathetic delivery at my house would get back to me. He never did so after a few patient and polite phone calls days later, because I was a loyal customer for 15 years, I finally got a hold of Richard who was a rude jerk. He refused to give me any refund at all. SO I am done with this company. This guy Richard must be new or something because this cannot possibly be the company I was dealing with before. I’m not sure what happened to the lovely guy who delivered to our house for years, with his nice children, but hopefully he is no longer with this guy Richard.
This company is BAD NEWS! STAY AWAY!!!

This company is pathetic! I do not understand how they even stay in business. My biggest regret is not reading all the Unilocal reviews BEFORE we booked with them.
We held a company party today for 250 people, including family members. We had advertised to the kids that we would have bouncy houses at the party. Jump For Fun was supposed to be there at noon but they never showed up at all! We kept calling to find out where they were and we kept getting some lame excuse that they couldn’t reach the driver.
This was such a disappointment. So many of the little kids, including my own, were crushed that they didn’t get to play in the bouncy houses.
My only hope is that our review will save someone else from having the same experience! Please do not use them!!!

Update: I got my money back. They wrote a letter and totally lied about calling me at the times they said luckily I saved phone records. If you chose to do business with them make sure you save everything! I’m so grateful I did!

Don’t waste your time with this pitiful company. I was told that my jumper would be delivered between 7−11am. 12:30 pm rolls around so i call and am told that they would arrive by 1:15 pm with the lame excuse that they have a new driver and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. (Someone sure as hell didn’t know what they were doing.) Obviously they never show so i call 3 more times and hear the same excuse. Finally at 4 pm i get a call saying they would have to cancel but could still drop it off til 8:30 pm for $ 125 or leave it overnight for the full price. Seriously?! Okay 1. The party is over at this time and 2. Why in gods name would i want the jumper overnight?
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that the truth isn’t being told. If you’re going to lie atleast be consistent. Absolutely pathetic.
This company lacks serious skills required to maintain a successful business. I suggest they get their act together before they lose any more customers.
Strongly recommend The OC Jumper Guy instead.

THE BUSINESS OF RUINING CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTIES. Total jerks. DO NOT USE THEM! I threw my 6yr old sisters bday party. When I asked her what she wanted, she said cotton candy. We decided on luau theme. Every time I said «it’s gonna be so cool, there will be…» She’d say «yay! And cotton candy?!» lol. Yes, AND cotton candy! I ordered a snow cone machine because it was so hot, and ofc the cotton candy machine. Cotton candy machine didn’t work. I called several times and was told by Myra (I think) that there was no technician available on weekends. I explained that I don’t want a technician, I need cotton candy, it can be fixed. My sister told all her friends about the cotton candy, please help me! Can I pick up a machine, can a driver bring a working one and take this one? I seriously wanted to cry and was counting on her to help me. She informed me that there were no drivers now. No drivers at 1pm on Sunday? Isn’t the weekend their busiest (maybe only) business? And there’s no picking up from the warehouses. Anyways, I was given crook Richard’s # (owner) who never answered. Then when I called back the main line it said «please call back during normal business hrs.“uh I have ur machine AKA These Are Busuness Hours!
The snow cone machine was good but was said to be 80 servings. Which it was not. My brother who’s 8 said this isn’t 80?! He set out to count. There was 38. W flavored syrup 3 redish bottles, 2bluish, none of which were labeled. So no way to tell which is strawberry or whatever the flavors were.
They were scheduled to pickup between 7−10pm. The party was not at my house. The owner of the house was waiting for them, they never showed nor called. I had no idea. The next day, Monday, at 1:15 pm I get a call from some idiot who speaks no English, yelling that «I’m here for machine!!! No answer!» they never called to say when they’re coming? The next day.
Oh and no compensation of any kind. I paid full price. sister would have been happy if she got the machine for an hr next weekend and have a few friends over. Or a free cotton candy machine w next rental, if they didn’t wanna give money back, but no, they’re not even smart enough to try to fix relationships w customers.

Worst company ever. Booked them for my daughter’s b’day, they assured me that they would come between 10 am to 12 noon. Around 12:30 I called to see what happened, I was told the driver was new and had a lot of deliveries but to not worry and that he would show up any minute. Well guess what the driver showed up at 4:30 pm, the party was over. Thank god we had booked a puppet show. Don’t waste your time with these people, so unprofessional!!!

I personally never have rented a jumper from them. Anyhow I was at my best friends daughters birthday party and kept smelling a horrible wet smell. Sure enough it was the party jumper she had rented from JUMP FOR FUN. … I told her it smelled, then she told me how she called them and let them know and they were rude to her and would not do anything for her to replace it. I would never rent from them ever..

Last weekend my son and I attended a birthday party for one of his close classmates in No. Hollywood. He was extremely excited to spend a few hours with his friends. I was told by the mother that there was going to be cake and a jumper. Well the cake was wonderful but no bouncer! I truly felt sorry for the mother! Kids were running around with nervous energy that it did not take the mother that long to be driven to tears. With all those kids constantly asking where the bounce house was it was clear that after 2 hours there might not be one. The birthday boys mother made repeat calls to the office, they were trying to get ahold of the driver! She was told they could not get him on the phone! Where was this guy? After a long wait, I decided to take my son and an additional boy home to whom I provided a ride. I was told on Monday from several parents that the jumper arrived but by that time 85% of the children were gone. How can a company justify 15 minutes of a jumper, a late driver, who by the way could not even be reached? My heart broke for the birthday boy and his frazzled mom! That was an important day for him and I personally feel it ruined the day for all involved. I would give this company a big ZERO, but I had to rate something. When you order from this company apparently they are provided through a different company. Once again, the poor mom was on the phone the whole time trying to find one.

We just had the obstacle jumper yesterday for a party and it was fantastic. The quality of the picture on the front of the jumper was fantastic and the jumper itself was great. Great service, early drop off and late pick up. It’s hard to find such high quality jumpers for great prices. Jump for fun is definitely the way to go!

Great fun for the kids-​young and old. The water slides work well and they are loads of fun in this heat. The giant slide is fun going up and down. Great deliver and pick up experience. Reasonable price for hours of fun.

Renting from jumper for fun was a good experience, we need a slide with this hot weather I called jump for fun a day before and they took my order, DRIVER ARRIVED AT 7:00am which was great my nephews were supper happy! The slide was awesome, CLEAN, and affordable in with in my budget. I WILL SURELY BE ORDERING from them again and highly recommend them!
