History

Established in 2010.

Age at Home was started in September of 2010 by Laurel Trahan, CMC. After years of experience providing geriatric care management, running a home care agency and being a caregiver herself, Laurel saw a need to open a local agency that focused on providing an exceptional customer service experience for clients as well as the employees. Laurel started out as a one woman team and added on employees as the needs grew. Age at Home has grown tremendously over the last few years which couldn’t have been done without the help of our outstanding employees. Our mission and vision guide us in all of our daily actions.
