I’ve known Klaus and All Clear Pools for over 20 years. I worked for All Clear Pools at one point and ended up with my own pool business specializing in koi ponds, swimming pools and water features. Klaus has always been supportive of anyone else in the pool business and twice while I was unable to service my accounts because of medical issues Klaus and his crew stepped in and covered for me while I recuperated.
Ongoing, All Clear Pools has been my go to company for difficult repair jobs and routine equipment replacements… always charging myself and my clients a fair price for work done. Klaus is a no nonsense kind of guy and not everyone appreciates that personality.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend All Clear Pools to anyone with a swimming pool or water feature and will continue to depend on All Clear Pools for outstanding pool service and equipment repairs.

All Clear Pools & Spas has taken care of our pool for over 5 years. There have been only a few time when we felt the pool was not as clean as it should be. We called to complain and they immediately sent someone out and took care of it. We have three dogs that swim constantly so the issue was probably not even the fault of All Clear Pools. I have recommended them to friends and never heard any complaints!

If I could give less than one star. I would. Had an issue with my pool/​spa heater for over a month. Contacted the company about it, problem is not fixed still. And if you try to leave a message or email them, you will most definitely not get a response. Most recently, I spoke to the owner of the company about the services I am getting. if you like being lied to and your time being wasted and accused by the owner of the business then this is the place to go. After the conversation, they told me to find a new company to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend this business to even my worst enemy. What a joke.
