We specialize in both residential and commercial structures. We have the expertise and the right equipment to safely remove water from carpets, cabinets, hardwood floors, ceilings, walls, crawl space areas or any other area of your home that has been affected by water intrusion or a plumbing malfunction, When you call you will be connected directly to an expert that can answer your questions regarding water damage drying services. My business philosophy is a little different than others in my trade. While the business norm these days seems to be with an emphasis on earnings growth and expansion with a lesser emphasis on doing good work. I prefer not to be a production based or franchise company where the main goal is to do as many projects as possible. I prefer to focus on a limited number of projects at a given time knowing I can devote all of my attention to each project and knowing at the end of the day I did my very best for that customer. When customers verbally express their confidence in me it is something that I take very seriously and is an extremely rewarding part of the job for me

Mike is impressive… I could tell from the initial call that he was extremely busy… Mike was able to squeeze me in within a couple days so we booked the appointment… The following day he called and said he had a cancellation that day and could swing by a day early… Mike showed up promptly and was well prepared… Notepad, tools, etc… Mike asked a few pertinent questions and started his assessment… within a couple minutes he went over his findings and let me know what my options were, but his most impressive attribute was his honesty… He could have sold me on an expensive water clean up to maximize his business profits, but instead he talked me out of having ALL Dry And Tidy coming in and taking care of our standing water in our crawl space as Mike informed us that the problem would just return if we didn’t address another issue first.
If you are looking for someone that you can trust… look no further… Mike is your guy… Thank you Mike… Nice to know there are contractors out there like you.

Everybody loves Mike. We experienced extensive water damage. It was panic time. Mike showed up and took charge, He directed us through the difficult task of removing damaged area and helping in obtaining asbestos abatement. He worked continually until floor was dry. Removed all waste and left the area ready for restoration. He was straight forward and honest and supplied us with valuable inforamtion.

Mike is a true professional. We were told by a plumber that we had mold under our home and called Mike to take a look. He did a thorough inspection and gave us an honest diagnosis which resulted in needing no further services. We appreciated Mike’s honesty and sincerity. I would recommend him to my friends. I would hire Mike Crawford in a heartbeat! I found my downstairs water damaged from leaks that came from a neighbor’s house. Contra Costa Plumbing referred me to Mike and I can’t say enough good about his work and work ethic. He is very thorough in his work and duties. He constantly keeps you apprised of the work and what to expect. When Mike has completed the work you can be assured that the job was done correctly. He has a delightful sense of humor and can always be counted on to show up when he says he will. I wouldn’t wish water damage on anyone, but if you find yourself in that postion, Mike Crawford from All Dry and Tidy is who you want to call!

This review is many years late, nearly 10 actually, but I cannot say enough good things about Mike Crawford and All Dry and Tidy. In 2005 while having a new roof installed, our house was left exposed with no roof and no tarping. It rained that night… inside our house! Our insurance company sent Mike out. The entire house was saturated and mold would have developed quickly had Mike not taken quick and decisive action to do what needed to be done. He ended up having to pull all the lathe and plaster and carpets and cabinetry from the house. The house was stripped to the studs. It was very traumatic. But after insurance claims and lawsuits the house was completely remodeled.
I would like to add that Mike and his crew were great guys. They understood what a traumatic circumstance we were in and were very calming for me an kept me focused on what needed to be done.
I was very upset at the time to learn that my insurance company hadn’t treated him very well. So I was happy to see when I googled him now hat he seems to be doing well with a thriving business.
We are in the process of selling the house now years later and all this came up in the disclosures. If Mike hadn’t done such a good job I would very likely have to be disclosing a mold problem, which would be a disaster! Disaster averted. Thank you Mike. It’s been a long time, but I hope you’re doing well. I certainly hope to never go through anything like that again. But I’m also quite sure it would not have turned out so well had you not been on the job!

Small business and you can tell how prideful the owner is. The refrigerator ice maker line broke and flooded our grandparents kitchen in Concord. Our grandparents told us this incident a few days later because their floors were soaked with water. Apparently they thought mopping it up and soaking it with towels would be ok. We helped by calling their plumber about the matter but he suggested we contact this company. Mike, the owner, answered within reasonable time (same date) and quickly scheduled a time to asses their home. He explained in detail what would be done and eased our grandparents. I’m a firm believer in supporting small business and it’s businesses like this that I will continue my support. Thanks Mike for an awesome job!

This is the best company ever for water damage! My house flooded a while back and Mike went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure that everything was perfect! They were very prompt in returning my calls and dealing with me being very picky. I hope I never have water damage again but if I do, I know who I’m calling! This place is awesome! I needed help after major flood at my business in Marin County. All the water damage companies were busy and could not get to me to finish the «drying out» process for several days. There were no fans (blowers) or dehumidifiers to be found anywhere in Marin so I started calling places outside Marin. When I called Dry and Tidy (from the yellow pages!) I got a guy named Mike who absolutely could not have been more helpful. He actually referred me to a few rental places that he knew would have what I needed, knowing this was not going to bring him any business. What a nice person! It’s just so refreshing, restores my faith in human kindness to know there are people like this around. People who just care about helping people even if it doesn’t mean any business ($$$) for them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about All Dry and Tidy and particularly, Mike. Thank you Mike! You helped me immensely and you will be the first person I will call if, heaven forbid, I ever need your services in the future. I cannot recommend anyone or any business more highly!

We found out that we have a corroded pipe in our crawlspace that is leaking water. We got estimates from three plumbers for the repair and two of them wouldn’t fix unless the standing water was cleaned up.
OK, so now I am on the hunt for a cleanup company that is reputable and cost effective. I got exorbitant estimates from three of these companies, with all three giving me the hard sell about future mold damage, structural issues, and pest problems if I don’t clean this up immediately.
I decided to give Mike Crawford at All Dry and Tidy a call. He came exactly at the agreed upon time. He checked out our crawlspace and saw my busted pipe. He asked if fixing the pipe is more important to me or getting the space cleaned. I told him fixing the pipe. This dear of a man said that it doesn’t look too bad and if get the pipe fixed then the water should absorb into the dirt. He calmed my fears about mold, critters, and structural issues. He even referred me to a plumber that should beat the estimates that I have already received.
So, no, I didn’t use Mike’s service, but I am leaving this review based on his integrity and customer service. Since I’ve been dealing with contractors the last few months with a myriad issues with my 1920’s era home, I appreciate when someone is honest and helpful.
I will not hesitate to call on Mike if I need water removal help in the future. I just wish all contractors were like him.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
I was home visiting my mother and in the Bay Area and she had the misfortune of a water leak from her bathroom. We called All Dry and Tidy and spoke with the owner Mike Crawford who was not only professional and nice but very knowledgable.
We received a dispatch within an hour and the nightmare was resolved and honestly before I left to head back home a few days later I couldn’t tell there had ever been a leak!
Obviously this is not ever something you want to happen but if it does it is so important that the cleanup is done thoroughly so there is not mold left to grow out of control.
I highly recommend this company! and the best part is they were very honest and did not try to up-​sell anything

We had a water leak in our upstairs bathroom at 5:30PM on a Friday evening. My husband had to leave for work and I was left on my own to handle water dripping down the walls. I searched for water remediation and this company had 4 great reveiws. When I called, Mike answered and came over within an hour. Once he got to our house he immediately knew how to handle the large bubbles of water that were forming under the paint on our walls. This turned out to be a major leak and Mike knew how to help us navigate the insurance process and was very helpful through the whole ordeal. I can’t stress enough how important it was to work with someone who understands the insurance process. We have lived in our home for 12 years and never had to deal with a claim. Luckily Mike knew how to handle the insurance process and advised us along the way. Great service and great people. I would highly recommend these folks!

I called All Dry and Tidy after reading the other reviews. They are right on. My sprinkler head had busted, the water drains had not worked for a few years (didn’t know that), and my crawl space was 6 inches deep in mud, with puddles all around. Mike came promptly. He told me clearly what needed to be done, set up the necessary equipment, and came every day to monitor the progess and check on his equipment. He was very thorough, checking everything to make sure the flooding would not happen again. He also recommended good people to fix the sprinkler system and install a new water drain in the back yard. I highly recommend Mike and All Dry and Tidy. You can trust that the job will be done right.

I got a call my tenant that there was a foul smell on the side of the house. Well the sewer line had backed up and raw sewage ended up going under the house because a plumber I had hired (and will never hire again) left the clean out plug off.
After the sewer line was dug up and repaired (ouch $$), the plumber told me that something will need to be done about the sewage issue on the side of the house and also under the house. He recommended I call «Dry and Tidy» to get an estimate. I left Mike Crawford a message and he called me back right away. He took a look at the problem the very next day and when we agreed on a price (very fair price) he sent me the contract via email. Two days later his team jumped on the problem and I could not be happier. I also got a call from my wonderful tenants that they were VERY happy with Mike Crawford’s team and the GREAT job they did. No smells what so ever!
I would HIGHLY recommend Dry and Tidy. I personally hope I never need this type of work done again but Mike would be the first person I would call if I did.

These guys are great. Our place flooded last month and they came in and were quick, professional and most importantly fixed all the water damage! Luckily, it was the first time I ever had to deal with water damage, but Mike made it easy and painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs it.
