Alpine Awards

Yesterday I went in to see about getting a plaque made at the last minute and at first they told me that they would be able to make it in 2 days and then I went to my car to get something and I came back in and they let me know that unfortunately they would not have enough time to set up my business logo but that they could still make the plaque for me with a generic logo. Unfortunately I really wanted the plaque to have the logo so I went home and ordered the plaque on line. This morning they called me to apologize about how it was handled as if they had done something wrong. As a business owner I find this type of customer service incredible and I would highly recommend Alpine Awards to anyone who is looking to get any type of Awards made. Just don’t wait until 3 days before you need something custom because quality work takes a little more time.

Great Customer service. When I needed a trophy at the last minute, I looked into Unilocal to help me find a place that can have a trophy made right away. Others I have seen on their website, took 5 days to receive. This place is unbelievable. The selection is remarkable! Thanks to Rita, I was able to get my trophy within 24hrs. When I was there, there was another kind. hearted woman in her office calling around for the type of trophy I was looking for. She was listening to our conversation and was on it, like white on rice. Thank you again and I will definitely be back.

I needed bowling trophes at the very last minute and my sister recommended Alpine Awards. So glad I called them as the staff completely took care of me and got the trophies I needed and they turned out great! Alpine Awards does great work. We’ve had soccer jerseys and sweatshirts made at thier location and everything has been top notch. However, the 5 star rating comes from how Alpine handled an issue for me. We ordered sweatshirts for our soccer team, which I had to get by a certain date. The day prior the sweatshirts came in, and there was an error on the embroidery and Alpine made the error. They bent over backwards to correct the error, do extra embroidery for me and get it all done the next business day so I could give the girls their sweatshirts prior to their game. Thank you, the girls love their sweatshirts.
