I had no problems with the rental, the one star rating is for a stolen item. I left my CD binder under the seat. When I recovered my binder, there was one CD missing: The Weeknd Beauty Behind the Madness. The people working there denied it and customer service was not able to help me as the company is not responsible for items lost or stolen. So, the best I can do is file a police report (done) and give a bad rating on Unilocal

Never rent from them! Very poor customer service. We booked a rental and were told we couldn’t rent because we didn’t have enough in our account. (We had over 3,000) we were never were told of their policies when we booked. We have rented from other companies without a problem.

I did not like the service upon my rental return.
When I initially got the car there was a really nice lady there and she sent someone to pick me up on my lunch. They were on time and she even let me choose the car. I wish I knew her name but she was of Asian decent. I would definitely applaud her for her customer service.
When I brought the car back is when I received crappy service. I work 5 minutes drive away and the damn lady with the European accent had THE WORST customer service. She would not let the young man that picked me up leave to take me back to work, then told me to call a cab, then told me have someone pick me up then tried to make me keep the car until the next day.
I told her they were not right for picking me up to take my money then not give me a ride back to work… I need to make money to rent the damn cars. I will definitely NOT be renting from them again. Her utter lack of customer service was a big turn off.
NO CONCORD AVIS when the lady with the European accent is there.

Customer service was great. Two associates helped me out big time. Omar and another associate I believe his name was Ashraf. Extremely polite and really helped give me the information I needed. So thank you ! Great clean cars

They were great with our current weekly rental. No issues with car and lady working (Angelica?) was awesome. She was super fast, efficient while chatting it up with me and did her best to price match what another local rental company messed up for us. 5 stars for her for sure!

Bad location, bad service, bad car and one very rude clerk. Will never return to their rental service.

Customer service was great. I got to check out three different models before choosing my «standard SUV» which was a Chevy Equinox. Nice car btw. I am only giving three stars because the prices are outrageous!!! WTH! And the 5 day price was the same total as 7. Ok. Kept car in driveway for two days.

HORRIBLE!!! I rent from avis monthly. I figured I try something close to my house. This has been the worst location I have ever rented at and the worst customer service. Liz was completely rude to me when she was the person who was wrong in the end. I was right! My total reservation was $ 30 less than what she tried to charge me. I called the 1800# made my complaint and got a $ 25 certificate. They also have majority of their tanks at 5/​8s full so they may get a return car completely full. What hustlers! And who makes the customer go get the mileage from the car. Talk about LAZY!!!

I really like this place. Liz is great and I have always had wonderful service.

Random Avis tucked into the Sears auto repair building. Not a great selection of cars and i doubt they care about my Avis status, but this is a convenient place for me to pick up a rental car to be dropped off at SFO.

I rented a SUV from here. I think the price for one day rental was decent. Excellent customer service.
I give this place 4 stars because the CS agent did not inform me that I can get discount if I make reservations on their website.
