I love this place. Every time I go here I get the best service. I’m always greeted and asked if I need help or if I’m finding every thing okay by many different staff members. I have never met a rude person here. They are extremely helpful and genuine. Not to mention this place has some great deals on some great cruelty free products!

I have no problem with how the store looks physically. It’s beautiful with stocked shelves and colorful displays. What I didn’t like about this place is the customer service. It’s a hit or miss but I found that most of the time the customer service is horrible. I am very keen to people’s motives and these people are how many sales they’ll make or making sure they’re making money. And I get it, i work in retail, it’s all about the sales but not at the expense of actually caring and helping out your customers and being honest with them. During the holidays last year, a young employee – who was new i’m guessing – got yelled at by the manager for spending too much time with one customer. She needed to stop helping that customer and help the other customers — what the manager said. The sad thing is that the customer was an elderly woman and she actually needed all the help she can get. What ever happened to customer service these days? And by the way, there was like 10 other employees on the floor available to help others. The management just seems snobby-​when i asked them a question they looked me up and down and gave me a open ended answer. Never going back here again. I rather order online or go to emeryville.

I came in on a late Sunday afternoon around 4:30 PM to buy my usuals because I was running out and also because it was the last day for the sale, which rarely happens for these items.
I am a Bath & Body Works addict, I have to admit, because I will find just about any excuse to go and buy their hand soaps in all my favorite scents. I have a cabinet full of them in my bathroom, no joke, yet I still end up buying more when they are on sale. I end up sending some of them off to my siblings’ homes because I tend to over buy. Sharing is caring!
The line was quite long since it was near closing and everyone was trying to get in for the last day of the sale. All-​in-​all, the girls working the registers were very fast and efficient in getting everyone taken care of in a timely manner. I was in & out of there in less than 10 minutes considering how packed the place was. But then again, I didn’t browse much since I knew exactly what I wanted and went straight to the counter and grabbed what I needed.
While I was there, the two young girls working the cash register noticed my «4^th of July» dress and told me how much they loved it! Yeah, I am a sucker for compliments… and who isn’t?
You can put a smile on any customer’s face with a simple smile and «hello, how was your day?» That is just plain basic etiquette for any customer service industry, and these girls have exactly that!

The customer service here is top notch, the girls always answer all of my questions & are super helpful when picking out scents, and I love that they tell you about sales & promotions so you don’t miss out!
The prices are great if you keep an eye out for a promotion, PLUS bring a coupon, or show them a coupon code from online. You can get a bunch of items for suuuuper cheap!

I just went in here for the first time today, I’m buying for someone else, the gal that helped me was really sweet and friendly, I think her name is Jocelyn. It was getting pretty busy in there when I was looking around shopping. When I was at the register they had to get extra help. I got great customer service when I was here. Thanks BBW!!!
They’ve got some great sales going on so I managed to snag a couple item’s on sale to. Saving money is great, especially when one is cheap like me.

Please note: each BBW store has its own character, and this one is my favorite! All the employees here are very nice, helpful, and never persuasive. Kudos to management! (It truly depends on each store’s leadership — how everything will be organized and handled, and I know that from my own experience). So, great job, lovely people at BBW Sunvalley Shopping center!
Today, I went without any big plans — just wanted a new shower gel for summer. They had a beautiful display of all summer-​themed items at the store front, with prices starting at $ 6 a piece! I purchased 2 beautifully-​scented gels: Hello, Sunshine (fresh citrus) and Love, Peace and Daisies (green grassy clean) — names alone are worth buying! Both gels come in full sizes, but most likely, they’re just seasonal and will be discontinued at the end of season. I’d leave happy with those 2, if I didn’t come across this incredible collection of beachy candles! Today, they had a promotion — 2 for $ 22, which basically means you get a full-​size candle free with a purchase of the equivalent product. And do I love those candles! Every single one is a perfect creation for any occasion, and with promos like this, I had to get them. The first choice was easy: Ocean Driftwood — a mix of oak, mahogany and fresh air (it smells exactly like Hollister stores!), and the second candle was in Beach Day — clean, fresh and slightly salty. The line was not too long and the cashier was very nice, hooked me up with some coupons so I’ll be coming back! Well, that is, by any means, inevitable.

I am absolutely obsessed with Bath and Body works! The employees always seem to be in a good mood and are very helpful. As for the products they are great! Maybe a little expensive but, they always have great sales and I never miss one. I come here so often for gifts and for myself. I would defiantly recommend visiting this store.

This store has good customer service. The people that work here really want to help you find what you are looking for. They are really nice and always seem to make the shopping experience 10 times better.
The store itself is a good size. Super clean and organized. Everything seems to be in the usual spot but seasonal items and such will be in front. Hand sanitizers are usually up by the cash register and usually 5 for $ 10, which are my personal favorite!
Overall a good location, clean, organized, good customer service — cant beat that.

Bwahahahaha… it’s unavoidable to not hit another B&BW while I’m on the clearance sale spree. They had the signature vanilla scents I’ve never seen before. peach and lemon? I’m there. Of course they ran out of the Enchanted Orchid lotion that everyone seemed to wipe out of on the first 3 days of the sale.
Clean, nothing on the floor and nice sales clerks. Too bad I cam on a day that had the mall weather hit 99 degrees outside… this place is baking!

Wonderful sale going on! $ 3 hand soaps and even cheaper than that depending on which ones you get. The pocket bacs were 50 cents and supplied myself in case the world does end on 12÷21÷12. At least I’ll have clean hands. Just saying.
I also checked in using FourSquare and I got $ 10 off a $ 40 purchase. So I only ended up spending $ 35 for like 25 items. So good! Don’t miss out on their sale. Some pretty awesome stuff are worth the drive to the nearest one near you!

I recently went in to purchase 20 candles for a work event. The staff was friendly, helpful, and I was in and out fairly quickly. After the event happened, I noticed that I was charged for 22 candles. I was irked at first that the receipt only has an 800#, but WOW! The rep that I spoke to was awesome. She took ownership, listened to my concern, and was able to get a refund processed the same day.
I love their auto air fresheners– I’m currently using «Winter», and always use candle warmers instead of lighting the wick of their candles– they last forever that way!

I bought the carried away fragrance! Also the new mango one too. I only have 3 stars today because they wouldn’t sell me the heart wallflower they had on display! They would have made 24 more bucks off me. I happen to forget my $ 10 off a $ 30 purchase coupon and she gave it to me anyway. I’ve also noticed the older white guy that works there isn’t all that customer friendly. Normally I give them five stars.

It’s clean, not too crowded, lots of sales and nice workers. I’m just sad that my favorite scents sell out so fast and they never restock. Then by the next month they’ve been discontinued. They answered lots of questions before too about their policies: no animal testing, info regarding allergies and the use of animal by products.

Well after my Stoneridge experience today was refreshing! Dena the clerk that helped me was fantastic and so knowledgeable. First of all she approached me right after walking in the store which is normal, and when I told her my hunt for Orange Ginger Aroma Therapy Essence Body Spray (which has been discontinued) she understood my frustration!
She explained she had worked for B&B for 7 years and they would do this from time to time, and on special sales occasionally bring discontinued fragrances back. But of course this was not one of them. She did find that there are still hand and body lotions made in this scent and found a one last made up kit with a loofah made up for $ 10.
She also mentioned checking out the website for more lotion, because when it does come in it sells out fast. She told me when it comes in people will buy 4 or 5 tubes at a time.
Dena was a very helpful salesperson and even though I couldn’t get the actual spray I wanted, found some other things comparable I could buy to get that scent I loved so much. I would definitely go back to this Bath and Body!

Thank goodness the clerks at this location are not super pushy. I think there are so many kids that get dropped off at the mall with their mom’s credit cards that they’re meeting their sales goals, noooooooooooo problem. Did you know they have a killer return policy? If you get a scent you don’t like, you can return it, and get what you want… then they give you a chance to buy back the icky one, and re-​gift it. PHENOMENAL
