History

Established in 1978.

Founded by Barbara and Leonard S. in 1978, Bay Area Barricade succeeded with Barbara running the business and Leonard in the field doing what he had done for over 25 years at that time, selling traffic safety products to contractors, and cities and counties.

Now over 35 years later, Lenny is still selling and their sons, Jeff and Craig are helping out. Over the years many others have helped grow the business into what it is today, A full service traffic sign manufacturing and traffic safety sales and rentals standard in Northern California.
