The Beauty was first established in 2012, located on Willow Pass Road. Our mission is to set a new level of professionalism in the salon. We always provide superior services you have come to expect from us, include in nail, spa, waxing, hair, and threading. Every employee is fully licensed. All supplies are sanitized and sterilized. We disinfect spa equipment with disinfectant after each use. The highest priority of our spa is to ensure your satisfaction with the services you receive. Business Owner

The business owner is Mr. Pham. He came to the United States since he was young. Like other kids, he also went to school with a hope of getting a bright future. He accomplished BA degree in political sciences, but unfortunately he couldn’t find a job. Then he decided to work on the business field and opened several nail salons.

He is a friendly and knowledgable man. He always listens to and helps customers out. If any customer doesn’t feel satisfied with any staff or anything, don’t hesitate to talk with him about it. He truly appreciates all comments, feedbacks and suggestions from the customers.

Pham & Noc Noc are true professionals. The salon is clean and decorated tastefully. NOC NOC’s design’s are so fun.
I make it a point to make an appointment.
The SPA chairs are comfortable and cleaned between each client. I have been a client for about 2 years, only once was I unhappy with the polish application and Pham was happy to make the corrections.
So many colors to chose from and with the Artist Noc Noc you can’t go wrong.

If I could give this place no stars I would came to get my nails done loved my nails but they only lasted a week GEL nails minds you! GEL nails should hold you 2 weeks to almost a month my polish started to chip off my nails and it already looks like a need a fill and my nails are too thin he was being real stingy with the gel smh nice environment but need to do a better job at doing gel nails

Best gel mani and pedi in town. I absolutely love how they do not rush you and gives a nice hand and foot massage. They always do exactly what you as them. Andy and Justin are the best!

Pham is the best! He is always so welcoming. I had this span of 6 months where I stopped getting my nails done just because my schedule was so crazy. but the minute I walked in the salon we were catching up as if I never left! They’re all so talented and if you’re unhappy about how something looks (I’m super picky) and you ask him to redo it, he has no problem with it. Totally 5 stars!

Excellent service for me & my cousin! We called ahead earlier that day & got an appointment for just before closing. Although no one really greeted us when we arrived, we sort of sat down on their couch until someone could get to us. We were then promptly whisked over to their comfortable pedi chairs when we confirmed that we’d called ahead and then sat back while we enjoyed the «Naked» experience :).
Nice environment & you could tell that there’s a good bond between the people working there. The Sunday that we went, the three ppl working were telling jokes and doing a good job of keeping the clientele happy. Seemed to be well ventilated as there was a definite lack of noxious fumes. Adequate parking & easy to spot from the street.
I do recommend making an appointment before stopping by, if you can.
Will most definitely be back!

2 stars. I had read all the great reviews, and wanted some threading done. Well the usual threading girl wasn’t there, so I had her replacement. She was great, so no complaints. Then I realized there was a pedi attached and thought I had found my monthly all in one shop!
The pedi was OK at best. But when it was time to pay, it was weird. I felt like they made up the prices. I had wanted to add a salt scrub, but they had some package that was an add on, I said fine. There was no price on the card he gave me. When it was time to pay, there was banter (between the techs) about how much it was — the whole thing was weird. I felt like I got ripped iff. Then my pedicure was chipping less than a week after. I won’t be back.

Did good on my nails except one person was too pushy other then that was ok. Also should have better technique to clean there pedicure bowls. Didn’t see that they cleaned it afterwards like other places or before for another client

Although they did a good job on my nails, I found it to be very unprofessional, rude and ridiculing that after I paid the owner of the salon had the audacity to question the tip that I left. In my opinion, a tip is not mandatory and is to be determined by the customer and the recipient should be grateful for what they are given, if given anything. I couldn’t believe that he grabbed the receipt after I signed it and read out load in a questioning voice the tip amount! I was shocked and beyond insulted that he would put me on the spot like that in front of everyone in the shop! With that attitude, I shouldn’t have left a damn cent! It’s not like I only left $ 1!!! Although I liked how they did my nails, it made me so upset that I don’t even want to go back there.

Went there yesterday for threading and she did a poor job, she was in a hurry and she left some extra hairs. I have had to pluck some of my hairs today. My regular salon was too busy, thats why I went there. My first experience was not as good as I expected and wont be going back again.

I’ve been coming here for the last year and just getting mani pedis. I’ve been very happy each visit. When traveling to SoCal I’ve had to make due but always look forward to a return to The Beauty!
Recently, I decided to have my brows tinted. The young girl made me look so natural that no one actually noticed they were done. But this weekend she wasn’t available so I went to a brow bar close to my house. Bad idea. I walked out of there looking like I had just tinted my brows myself. The customer service was awful. Next month I’ll wait at the Beauty until I can get them done.

WORST nail salon ever. They filed my nail bed off, put acrylic when I asked for gel, and shaped my nails lopped sided. I walked away with my nails throbbing and incomplete. And they also do taxes? What the eff is this place?

Nothing bad to say about this place. I get taken care of every time and they are ALL very friendly. I’ve had my feet and hands done by a number of the workers and they all are nice and treat me with respect. Pham is great. Ngoc Ngoc is a sweetheart and an artist. I either come in with an appointment or walk-​in and have never had a complaint. My only thing is that they can sometimes cut your cuticles a little too short. Nothing you can’t keep your eye on as they work. I will continue to return.

I’ve been here a few times, my first experience was amazing and that’s why I’ve been returning, my gel nail Polish lasted longer then it’s ever had. The second time not so great, I had a injured finger and it was clearly obvious with a fat band-​aid that the man must of not seen and decided to aggressively pull at it *ouch, but this last time I made up my mind to never return and write this review. I wasn’t feeling good this day so I didn’t want to make a fuss but I made it obvious I wasn’t happy by saying things like «I’m not happy» lol and «This looks like I did it myself» the Polish was on my skin and too close to my cuticle. I also asked if he could remove it, he said no and they charged me anyway. The woman that works there is nice and good at nails, thank her for the extra star:)
Asking all my employers to look at my nails and every single one asked of I paid for «that»

Came here on Christmas Eve morning for a pedi and pink and white fill. Was seated for my pedicure after about five minutes. Pedicure felt good, hot water, experiences tech, I told her how I like my French pedi «thin» and she almost got it right. I upgraded to the special pedicure for ten dollars and got a hot stone massage, masque and callus treatment. Pedicure took 45 minutes total.
My fill took about an hour and 20 minutes, the lady and guy switched off which was ok. I just made sure I told them exactly how I wanted it.
Four stars because I wasn’t blown away and I feel it was a little slow. I mean I probably have gotten a mani pedi every two weeks since I was 16, and this must be the second longest amount of time it ever took.
But I will be back if I need nail service while I am in the area.

No more hammer time for me thanks to beauty. Not only are the prices great, but its located walking distance from where I live. When I arrived I was greeted with a very nice good morning, yes good morning because I had a 10am appointment … Had to get these here feet taken care of, it seemed like centuries since my last pedicure. Maybe that is TMI, but hell it’s the truth. Anywhoooo, the massage chair was nice, the water was blue and hot and the nail technician went to work and brought my feet back to life. Did I mention the hot stone massage my feet encountered #fab!
I noticed that they have tons of other services that I can’t wait to try and I hope this place is around a long, because I will be there at least twice a month and plan to get a manicure my next visit! From one beauty to another, I suggest you go and get some!
