I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I booked a car for an early morning flight for a family of 7 at 5am. At 530 I find out the driver overslept (partied too hard the night before). They offered to have a car at my house at 6am. Yeah sure that will work, I built an extra hour into my flight that leaves at 730. Absolutely unacceptable to have this happen with an early flight. Company should have assigned our trip to a responsible employee rather than a 20 year old who likes to party. Totally regret giving this company a chance

The driver displayed excellent communication skills by responding to my call quickly and he provided a confirmation text immediately after appointment was set. He arrived 10 minutes early and notified me that he had arrived via text message. Additionally, the driver was professional in appearance and demeanor. (Car was a Mercedes rather than a Lincoln town car which I preferred).
