History

Established in 2007.

BMW Concord Collision Center opened mid Dec 2007 and is owned and operated by BMW Concord. By owning our own collision center we can insure our customers vehicles are repaired back to BMW/​MINI standards. We are one of only sixty BMW Certified Collision Repair Centers in the US.

We have constantly brought our game with a personalized customer experience that tailors to both you and your BMW. Equipped with cutting-​edge diagnostic technology, BMW factory trained employees, and a modern service facility, we are fully prepared to get your BMW repaired to its proper factory preset condition.

We are the only BMW Certified Collision Center in Contra Costa County and one of the few in the Northern California Bay Area. The trained staff personnel are experts at BMW collision repair and our technicians have countless years of experience working on BMW vehicles. This time I needed my 2012 BMW 335i front bumper replaced as I hit some road debris driving south on highway 680 somewhere between Cordelia and Benicia. Spoke to Cory and again he got me all OEM parts and even had his guys start painting the new bumper before my insurance adjuster was able to make it out there about 5 business days later to process the claim. Cory also paid attention to the smallest details and saved /​re-​purposed my white aftermarket side markers (not the standard orange ones). BMW Concord Collision Center is THE one-​stop shop for all your 5-​stars rated BMW repairs!

Brought my 335IS in due to a damage my car has suffered from a hit and run at a parking. With no appointment for the damage, i brought the car in and Renzo took care of me. Got myself a loaner car from prior appointment for my tints needing to be done. Very good customer service. Im very satistfied with my visit and will definitely bring my car here again for further damage (knock on wood).

My m3 was damaged due to an accident and thought the best place to have my car fixed would be BMW, the experts and the good reviews. No.
First and foremost, all the stars on my reviews are for my service advisor. He did a great job on overseeing the transaction between my insurance and BMW. He also kept me inform on my car, and fixed minor items with no charge. Gave me a loaner vehicle on last minute notice. Exceptional customer service.
The detailers/​car wash employees on the other hand, are the complete opposite. Though my repairs were flawless, the final step to polish (if you are unfamiliar, similar procedure as waxing) and wash was a complete nightmare.
Mind you I had a $ 600 worth of professional detail and opticoat on my car before the repair. When I got my car back from BMW, the entire car had swirl marks and scratches from the rotary buffer they were using (see pic). What happen was my car was «dusty» and they recommended me to have it washed by them. The only way my car would end with swirl marks all over the vehicle is that they did not rinse the dust properly prior to wiping the car down with soap. Imagine washing your car with a fine grid sandpaper.
I talked to my service advisor afterwards and he did not offer me anything, but he would «pass this along». I am a little baffled though, he told my insurance company that I was offered a detail, and that’s not the case. I wouldn’t go back there anyways.
Before you pick BMW concord to repair your car, please consider my review. I absolutely love my car and I was distraught to have to spend another $ 600 to re-​coat my car.

This place sucks there quality of work is very poor they need someone to oversee there operation. You spend big money expecting good quality work since its a legit Bmw repair center and they do a poor job is unacceptable.

Exceptional work! Went above and beyond making sure to do everything right. I needed a cracked windshield to be replaced as well as work on the hood bumper and doors. Everything was fixed to make it perfect, like new. Renzo was super helpful every step of the way and helped work with my insurance to ensure everything went smoothly.

The PEOPLE in this collision center are unbelievably AWESOME. let me tell you folks… i am so impressed with the level of craftmanship that they have poured into the repair of my car. i feel like they invented the term «like nothing ever happened».

My new BMW sustained minor injury when my husband accidentally backed his car into it. Thank goodness for Cory and the Collision center. Customer service was outstanding and Cory explained what needed to be done to restore it back to brand new status. The cost came in slightly lower than the estimate and the car looked AMAZING! Hopefully this will be the last time but it’s nice to know there’s a place I can trust to take my car to!

Very professional and prompt service!
I had to take in my BMW320i after I was rear-​ended by a pick-​up truck. The rear-​bumper and passenger-​side tail light needed to be completely replaced.
I scheduled the repair for a Friday with Cory and was given a rough estimate for the following Tuesday/​Wednesday; and sure enough, I got a call on Tuesday evening saying everything was ready!
I chose this place because of the positive Unilocal reviews and since I had such a good experience; it’s only fair I write them a review myself. Very happy with the results! :)

I had a great experience at concord BMW! I took my honda civic there to have the windows tinted. I had great service. They were extremely accommodating of my busy schedule and the quality of work was amazing. My car looks GREAT! Dave went out of his way and took the time to help me choose the right shade, and Glenn went above and beyond and removed a few stains from my seats without me even asking. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. I will absolutely be taking my car there for any future needs. The pricing is very reasonable and competitive as well!!!

These guy did a great job on M5 bumper!
However, on accident, they washed my car with a hand mitt and left surfaces scratches on the paint:(
But, the manager insisted on having the car detailed to fix the issue, and it did!

I was in a very difficult situation where my insurance company (USAA) was considering totaling my 2007 530i after significant, but not frame effecting, front end damage. I was not in a position where I wanted to purchase a new car and asked my service adviser, Renzo Diaz, if he could work with my insurance company in an attempt to repair, rather than force replacement. Renzo worked diligently with USAA, kept me informed along the way, and ultimately produced a high quality repair. He also recommended that we look at some of the car’s other cosmetic issues, which provided additional saving by addressing them at the same time.
Additionally, I’d inadvertently dropped rental car coverage from my insurance. When I mentioned this to Kevin, the shop manager, he proactively provided a BMW loaner.
Overall, a great experience when I was in a tough situation!

I was a bit leery to have another full wrap done after my first experience with another vendor in the bay area with all the pealing issues and imperfect seems I had to deal with on my M3.
When I finally decided to have my Z4 wrapped, I decided to try Performance Image, part of BMW Concord Collision Center. I saw examples of the work completed that convinced my decision. Plus these guys would know best on pulling parts/​trims off your BMW since they are BMW Concord Collision center. I am very happy/​satisfied with the quality of work and turn out. You can’t even tell the car is wrapped. High quality workmanship and fair pricing. No pealing issues. I highly recommend this place. They are also mod friendly.

Have nothing but positive and good things to say about BMW Collision Center. I worked directly with David and he was very professional and took very good care of me, my car and the 3 issues that I had taken my X3 in for.
They were done with the repairs in record time and went above and beyond our expectations.
