If I could give Craig a zero or negative score I would. He was there when he said he would be there and the first part of the project he did well — shower tile install. But the 2^nd part — vanity backsplash — he was sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. I had left him instructions and told him to call me (I had to be at work when he was finishing) if he had questions but he never called. Then when I explained that he not only installed it wrong but it was sloppy he became very indignant. He then said he would only deal with the homeowners (which are my housemates and very close friends) and so the owner left him a note saying he needed to come back. He then text her the night before to say he would be there the next morning — which didn’t work for her. I could go on and on. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. You get what you pay for.
