Cadco Door & Window

I am really happy with the work of my new front door by Scot at Cadco! They did such a clean job, they were prompt, on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Although I am a renter, I really needed a new front door as my other one was old, ugly and outdated to say the least! Thank you very much for your work! I will be recommending Cadco in the future.

Haven’t heard from these guys in 2 weeks even after calling nearly everyday…

Scot is great. He’s replaced an exterior bathroom door and you couldn’t even tell he was there. His craftsmanship is excellent. We then had him replace our 3 upstairs windows… again an awesome job. Now he’s replacing all our downstairs windows and installing 3 doors in our new rental property. Scot does such a good job… we just keep hiring him and recommending him to friends. Sorry about the other reviews but he always returns my calls so I have no complaints there. His communication is great and he constantly keeps me posted (windows/​doors arrival, install date, progress, etc…)

Sorry, but I have to give Scott and Cadco Door & Window a bad rating because I called 3 times and never got a call back! What kind of service is that?

Scott is one of best contractors that I’ve worked with. He responds quickly, is courteous, takes the time to explain things, great communication, and is very honest. I wanted to replace all 11 windows, but talked me out of replacing 3, because he inspected them and felt they were still good. That’s one example of his honesty… he actually talked himself out of work. Also replaced my front door, and wanted to paint it myself, he took the time to drop off the door, so I could paint it prior to the install date.
I previously replaced 2 living room windows and had a feeling they were installed incorrectly, the frames had been removed. Scott immediately noticed and explained that these needed the frames rebuilt for a proper seal. Scott wasn’t pleased with how one of his crew placed a piece of trim, so he had him redo it.
Scott and his crew were very pleasant and punctual. His prices are very reasonable. When I decide to replace my other three windows, I will definitely call him. I wish all my remodel projects were this good!

Scott did a FANTASTIC job installing doors & windows. His crew was courteous and prompt. They went above the call of duty by telling me additional things I could do to make our home better.

My home in Alamo was built in the 1870s so there aren’t very many openings with a square corner after all of these many years of earth movement and settlement. I first used Scott Manifold from CADCO about 10 years ago to install 14 Anderson double hung windows in our old sleeping porch on the rear of the house. It was a real task because nothing was level. Scott had to remove 14 old windows that were in terrible condition, rebuild the window opening where necessary and then install14 new Anderson double hung windows and finish it off by putting in all the new window molding so it matched the crown molding in the room. Laser levels, lots of work and lots of patience working thru all the problems made Scott stand out as a craftsman. Scott’s work has passed the test of time — the room still looks great after 10 years. No problems with the windows or the installation.
Next it was, Hey Scott, can you fix my old dining room double glass doors? They had to be completely remounted but Scott saved the old doors and they still work great.. Next it was Hey Scott, can you put oak thresholds on my old entry doors? Done! And most recently in 2010, Scott installed 17 new Pella windows all over our old house.
Scott does real good work. Scott works hard to help the customer and do it right. Every time I called, I got a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. I received high quality work that has made out home a better place to live. Thanks Scott!

I wasn’t sure where to go or who to call with a small door issue but was more than happy with the service and great work CADCO did with my laundry room doors! Scot came out, was prompt, courteous and quick. No games or addition «fees» that others try and throw in the cost, it was just simple and straight and right to the point on everything. The doors were done perfectly and I am a happy camper! 2 thumbs way up for CADCO doors!

I met the guys at CADCO via Lowes Installation Services. Scott Manifold is the owner and is a certified Lowes contractor.
I originally contacted Lowes about replacing the windows of my home. I worked out the type of window and ordered it from Lowes.
The window took about a few weeks to arrive and Scott arrived with his crew to do the installation work.
He was nothing but courteous and professional and pays attention to the details.
The job was done quickly and without fuss, and any messes there were, were cleaned up.
You’d never know his company was on-​site save for our new WINDOWS! :)
So if you need windows (or doors for that matter), pick your best deal and ask for Scott to do the installation.
