Not a reputable business! They lied to me about a car’s history. Then when I came to Unilocal to leave my review I noticed most all their 5 star reviews were made by people that work there! Stay away from this business!

They don’t have the cars they advertise! They will say they have when you call but then tell you «it’s not ready» whatever that means. This makes me think they are running a scam. So I had a friend call about a different car and they were told THE SAME THING!

I love that place. Always was afraid of getting a used car, but Igor really helped me and made whole experience very positive. I am in love with car which I got here. I have it already for one year and I never had problem with my car. Financing was really easy, company has a lot of banks which they work with. I have black Nissan Altima with whole technology package which was really hard to find since it is coupe. Thank you Igor !

He made everything easy for me, went out of his way an beyond to make sure I left with the best deal possible. If all car salesman were like IGOR it would make car buying so much easier. So if your in the market for a great used vehicle stroll on by to CAE an ask for IGOR because he is the man with the plan. I will be sending friends an family to CAE in the future.

I’d been looking for a Mini Cooper S for a few weeks and had some very typical experiences when I found a Craig’s list post for one at California Auto Exchange. I called the number and reached Shervin who came in on a Sunday and showed me the car. I bought the car at a price below blue book that day and love it.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wish I would have seen Adam’s post before purchasing from this dealer. The owner and his employees are basically nice Con Artist that will tell you whatever lies you want to hear. In order for them to get you to purchase the vehicle. Just like Adam my check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing the vehicle. Took it to the dealer to be advised of the issue and to find out the code was reset on the vehicle while in the dealer possession. Dealer also discovered many other issues which totaled over $ 1,000 to repair. Of course the owner of the dealer assured me the vehicle was throughly inspected and there were no issues with the vehicle prior to purchasing it.
If your looking for a nice vehicle appearance wise. With tons of hidden repairs that will be needed after you purchase it. This place is for you. They won’t allow YOU, to have the vehcile inspected before you purchase it. They will just assure you the vehcile is fine. Don’t trust them or anyone they refer you to.

I been shopping for a car for past 3 months found couple cars but my financing APR was high due to being a first time buyer, that’s when I found California Auto Exchange online, found the car of our dreams a 2003 Lexus GX470. IGOR Did the best he can to get me approved for the lowest APR half of what other used car dealers could. Also to mention we got the car for a KILLER DEAL $ 3000 less then KBB SUV was in excellent condition. We love our SUV and will definitely buy my second car from him. I purchased a 2006 Audi A4 from California Auto Exchange and later found out it was wrecked with frame damage. I had the car for 2 years and when I went to sell it, the inspector told me it had been wrecked with frame damage. I said it’s impossible… I have not been in an accident. They ran the carfax for me to prove it. Sure enough, 2 weeks after the carfax states «Registered to New Owner– Atwater Ca.» Another line says «Collision reported– Structure and Frame Damage»
The carfax that was shown to me by California Auto Exchange was clean though… SO BE CAREFUL… I ended up having to take a huge hit on the car and the most they could give me for an IMMACULATE vehicle was $ 4,500… Had it not been wrecked PP bluebook is still $ 11,201 for «good condition» and car was immaculate.
I will agree, Shervin was very helpful and a great guy… He took care of me since the problems we had at day one. A Check Engine Light that turned out to be a failed turbo was replaced at no cost to me… His customer service was above and beyond. My only issue is the wrecked/​damaged vehicle which I had no idea I was getting into…
BE CAREFUL AND FULLY INSPECT YOUR VEHICLES AND DO PROPER RESEARCH ON SPECIFIC VIN NUMBERS.

just bought a car from these guys. let me just start by saying — what a nice and pleasant place to buy a car from!
i went to few dealers before going there and no one wanted to work with me cause of my challenged credit… everywhere i went to i was automatically turned down for a car loan!!! i’ve found these guys online and contacted them. one of the guys i’ve dealt with was igor. he had quickly accessed my situation and went to work. igor and shervin together worked on my loan and in 45 min i was not only approved with decent terms but also on a car of my choice!!! i am soooooo happy i called these guys. i was getting super tired of being turned down and these guys made it happen!
i will most definitely send them business and do more business with them in the future! plus they have tons of low mile cars to choose from.

if some thing is too good to be true it most likely is… i got took for a ride at this place but i cant just blame them half was my fault… i got a 2000 Cadillac dts deville from them and only had the car for a year i just got rid of it last week. the car at first glance everything looked OK but the sales guy Lyle assured me that everything would be OK. come to find out head gasket was bad and if you know Cadillac that is a very expensive job, the other thing was that it had a broken front axle and i dent i on the front bump. they said the would fix the dent it but every time i called, they didn’t have room for my car at the shop or the paint guy wasn’t there. my advice is just stay away from the little use car dealers, go to some one they cares giving you a good car and not just trying to make a sale.

We just purchased a 2007 Shelby last night form these guys. Let me say, it was by far the BEST experience dealing with this company. They are a smaller company, extremely personable, very knowledgeable young men. Lyle worked his *ss off to get us the best deal and we have not so great credit. We really enjoyed being there, it was almost like we were already friends.
Nothing like a big dealerships were you end up dealing with 5 different people and they make it miserable for you. I cannot say enough about them. We will absolutely be doing business with them in the near future.
There aren’t enough stars on here for them. I’d give them a hundred…
If you looking for a clean, well maintained vehicle, don’t pass them up.
