Capo Fireside

We did a lot of shopping before choosing Capo. This was a big purchase for us and we didn’t want to make a mistake. I knew based on my research that Mendota was the way we wanted to go. I priced out the unit with several companies and found that Capo offered a fair price and included there own in house installation and also provides in house service personnel. They have a very nice showroom and offer several working units from various manufacturers to
from. I never felt pressured when visiting. I also had several questions afterwards and received the information I was looking for via email within a quick response time. The installation went flawless. The technicians arrived on time. They worked very clean and even wore booties over there shoes. Before they left, they made sure to show us how everything worked and even said they would be happy to come back out if we weren’t comfortable working the remote.

We moved from NY to California March 2014 to watch our grandkids grow up. We have done a considerable amount of work in our new home and as you can imagine we had both great and awful experiences with contractors.
Capo Fireside ranks up there with the BEST. Their pricing was excellent, the communications prompt and the work was done on time as promised. All the people we dealt with could not have been nicer. If you are considering a gas fireplace this is the place to go.

I went to Capo for a fireplace insert and I am very pleased. The installers were on time and cleaned up before leaving. They made sure that I could operate the remote control for the unit. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They are the best.
