CCR specializes in custom residential remodeling. Charlie (the owner) is a master-​craftsman, when you hire CCR Construction, you get Charlie. He takes care of your design, planning, implementation, and most importantly, the final details. This gives you the finished product that you want. At CCR, we can install your new baseboards, crown moulding, doors, cabinetry, tile, granite, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and anything else you can dream up. We can make your dreams happen! We are in business to take care of business, that means anything inside or outside of your home. Charlie offers a no-​pressure approach to construction. When you work with Charlie, you work with your best friend who just happens to be an expert at creating anything you want!

History

Established in 1995.

From day one, we have specialized in residential construction. Charlie can do anything from building a new home from the ground to remodeling your guest bathroom. Room additions are no problem, and Charlie is a born problem solver.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Charlie was born in Vietnam, and came to Chicago in 1969 at the age 12. He spoke very little english, but was very good at sports, and is natural charisma got him a long way. He learned english quickly (talk about immersion), and became the captain of his football team, wrestling team, and track. After high school Charlie toured the U.S. representing Wham-​O as a professional frisbee player. He actually designed the frisbee golf course in Moraga. Charlie earned a Journeyman Carpenter Certificate with the Carpenters Union in 1988. He first became a licensed contractor in the same year. Charlie has maintained his Class B General Contractors License with the State of California to this date.
