This is a great company.
I ordered an ice luge for my engagement party, and it was beautiful. Unfortunately the wrong sculpture was delivered originally. However once they realized there was a mix-​up, they made the correction and drove all the way back to Concord (from Pleasanton) and picked up the right sculpture that I had ordered. Luckily it was only half way through the party, and everyone was able to enjoy their remaining cocktails through the ice luge.
After the party I spoke with the company, and was generously compensated with a credit for another Ice Luge in the future. I was very surprised and pleased with the way in which they do business and the absolutely stunning product they provide.
I highly recommend Chisel-​It for any event!

I run a non-​profit and we hosted our first ever Summit in SF. Not was Bob’s staff on time, they knew what to do! This was so important to us as we were so busy getting setup and couldn’t give much direction.
Beyond that, the ice sculpture was the life of the event. Even though the sculpture was just «chillin».
We are definitely going to use them again for our next big SF event.

My good friend and I decided to celebrate our 50^th birthday together this year! We found an awesome venue and wanted to add a few touches that would jazz up the event. Our event coordinator suggested an ice sculpture to sit on the bar. So I googled ice sculptures and found Chisel-​It Ice and Robert! I sent an email describing what I wanted on the company website and I followed up with a phone call. Robert answered and we discussed what I wanted. He sent me a few pictures which help me to decide exactly what I wanted. I paid for my sculpture sight unseen. When I arrived at the party and saw the amazingly beautiful sculpture, I was over the moon pleased! It was absolutely beautiful! Robert more than delivered what he promised. So happy I found Robert and Chisel-​It Ice!

We used Chisel-​It to provide an ice sculpture Ganesh for our Hindu wedding (3÷14÷15) at Casa Real winery. The ice sculpture turned out so beautifully, many of our guests could not stop gawking and taking pictures of it! It also had a nice and subtle uplighting to really highlight all the intricacies of the sculpture. The main contact person, Robert, was extremely friendly and responsive via email. He answered all questions in a timely manner and also did his best to accommodate our budget throughout the process. We also had the option of returning the tray attached to the sculpture in order to receive a portion of the deposit back, which was a nice gesture. We are so glad to have had such a unique centerpiece for our wedding ceremony, would gladly recommend their services for anyone looking for something extraordinary for an event/​party.

Chisel-​It is AMAZING — I highly recommend this place! Bob is wonderful & was very responsive to my numerous emails, even during his off days. Meet owner Bob Chislett (isn’t that amazing and so meant to be??) and learn about his passion for his work and his unfailing devotion to pleasing his customers.
Need a full ice bar for a backyard throwdown, complete with carved ice shot glasses? How about a sculpture of Olaf the snowman from Disney’s Frozen for a kids party? Maybe even a sculpture of the David statue, to add a touch of class or sass to a bachelorette party. Bob is your man! I had the pleasure of meeting Bob at a dinner party where he had carved the label of a bottle of Silver Oak wine in gleaming ice, and it became the most photographed thing in the room — everyone wanted to look and touch! I learned from Bob that he and his team actually form their own ice, and that Bob transitioned into this job after being a fully-​trained chef wanting to branch out into other ambitions.
I highly recommended Chisel-​It to add ice-​cold class to your next event — let your imagination run wild, and dream up a chilling challenge. Chisel-​It is most definitely up to the task!

I just $ 7500.00 for a pile of melted ice. He drove the sculptures on the back of a pick up truck from San Francisco to Los Angeles without a freezer. Is this a joke ??? I paid for a nativity scene for the church for a Christmas Eve event and they were melted to nothing. You couldn’t even tell what it was. He wasn’t even there to correct the situation. This is a crime.

I attended a senior prom at a local facility who displayed a beautiful castle sculpture. Unfortunately I was late and didn’t see it when it was freshly arranged, but it didn’t matter, I could still appreciate the shape and artistic detail. Many guests continued to admire and take pictures near the ice castle. I’d recommend and use Chisel-​it for my own events based on this experience.

This place had some nice sculptures on the site, so I called to order one for an event I’m working on. I spoke with Bob the owner. We worked out all the details and I was just waiting for an invoice to make a payment.
This went back and forth for 2 weeks. I would call, he would say he was going to send it… then he wouldnt. Then a couple days later he would call, then text asking for my email address… I would send it and still nothing. Then I finally called again one morning and said that I hadnt received the invoice and should I just look for another place.
He said «hmmmm, well we sent it… but if you want to call someone else thats fine too. I can refer you to someone»
#1 Had he REALLY sent the invoice, he would have followed up automatically to get that payment.
#2 OBVIOUSLY didnt care about the business and should have just said that in the first place.
#3 Like I would really go to ANYONE he referred me to after how unprofessional he was.
I think my $ 400 sculpture wasnt any real money for this guy when he does a lot of big corporate stuff. But he should have said that 2 weeks ago and not wasted my time.

I know the sculptor personally and i know he is a dedicated hard worker! he’s done projects for google and many other local businesses! I support chisel-​it fully!

Chisel-​It provided incredible service and awesome ice sculptures for our wedding in May 2010. We received numerous compliments specifically on the sculptures and our guests had a lot of fun with the drink luge.
On top of everything, the prices were great. You really can’t go wrong with Chisel-​It.

Chisel-​it has done many sculptures for me for corporate events and parties. Love their product and service is always great. This past event I had was a Launch Party– 300 guests and all night i was asked about the sculptures and told how beautiful and unique they were. Great table Décor!
