Cinnabon the food itself is fine. I don’t appreciate not being acknowledged and actually having to interrupt your employees personal conversation to actual order something. I was ignored from the time I walked up, to picking up a box of To-go buns… ignored at the register(they just kept talking) and had to say«excuse me» to just order a separate Cinnabon. Again, zero acknowledgement… she just kept talking and bagged it up. She finally spoke to me to tell me the price and right back to talking to her friend. Customer Service training is needed.

Bummer that it closed. I used to get a box of them with lots of extra sauce and then just gorge for the next 2 months. Sigh.

Cinnabon has been at Sun Valley Mall forever but I have never tried it until my son asked to today. We paid for an original, a coffee and a milk. While waiting for our order, the manager apologized because they ran out of milk. He refunded me for the milk and offered any drink on the menu to me on the house. Now that is customer service! Now onto the Cinnabon — fresh, warm and perfect amount of sweetness. We will be back soon!

Man… how I’ve been craving this lovely classic cinnabon! It’s So good and soft and fresh too! This place is one of my favorites. Thank God I don’t eat it all the time! Lol. The place is very clean. They have new stuff to try. They have CinnaSweeites. With sprinkles or Oreo. Too good. And if your not too sure What you want the people who work there can help you to decide what you might want.

So sad that this place closed down. I keep waiting for another one to open somewhere in the mall or surrounding area, but so far no luck :( It was bomb while it lasted tho, mmmm mmmm good!

Sad to see this place close down, i was born and raised around this mall & i can say i grew up on this Cinnabon location. We’ve seen plenty of changes happen to this mall but this, mcdonalds, sears, Macys & JcPennys were a staple. I guess it’s for the better though. Hard to eat one of these things & still have self respect for yourself… You’ve gotta be an adult middle aged male to eat a cinnabon even if you’re a girl it takes a soul of a soldier to finish one of these things.

I HATE how delicious this cinnabons are! Everytime my husband and I go to the mall we always have to go to Cinnabon… or else my husband won’t come to the mall with me. In all fairness, it is a nice little date. Sharing the cinnabon glazed in icing and washing it down with milk. You’re satisfied until you look at the Lane Bryant store and wonder why there so close to each other. Oh the irony, that is where I am heading If I keep eating this delicious cinnabons :)

Very sinful and delish especially when I catch them right from the oven. Ii do not like the icing and I can easily ask them to not put one on my roll. So accommodating! Love them. I like it when it is warm. Seriously!

So this place is located inside the Sun Valley Mall on the bottom floor. Once you walk past this place the aroma smells sooo yummy! Ive only had their caramel pecan bun and YUM, can i say«SOFREAKIN’ DELICIOUS!» So yummy that my bf loves it, and he doesn’t even like cinnamon rolls or nuts. Once in a while we come here for their caramel pecan buns, enough to feed both of us for about $ 5. Can’t make this a habit because they are about 1000 calories, no joke. They post the calorie amount in the glass window, which honestly turns me off because it makes me feel so guilty! Lol. Tip* If you take it home throw it in the microwave for a few seconds– to die for!

Delicious, fluffy, caloric things they are… I rarely come by here because it’s a bit expensive and super sweet, but I love kicking back here when I want to treat myself or reminisce about the times my grandma and I would share a sticky Cinnabon together. :) 1 star off for cleanliness. I don’t know if it’s just me but the floors are sometimes sticky and the tables could be cleaner. They need more trashcans!
