Mitch saved the day!
I ordered flowers for an anniversary, somehow in the midst of multitasking I calculated the days but mistakenly referenced the date I ordered the flowers as the number of years. No it wasn’t 19 years… it was the 19^th of April…
A few hours before delivery Mitch called me, he asked if my calculations were correct, of course they were I said, NOT!
Mitch and his team did the math, caught my mistake and brought it to my attention before it was too late to correct. I cannot express how impressed I am with their attention to detail, I wouldn’t expect this type of mistake to be caught but they did.
By the way, the flower arrangement was awesome too!

Ordered a sympathy arrangement this morning and received a call from Linda shortly after explaining that the tulips and cala lilies pictured were not in season but that she would replace those with other flowers that would compliment the arrangement using the same colors. The arrangement was delivered by early afternoon and it was absolutely beautiful. I will always come here from now on!

We recently got married in Clayton, and wanted to keep all the wedding accommodations local. So after doing a little Unilocal research, along with visiting a few places to only be less than impressed, I decided to check out Sonset.
Boy, am I glad I discovered this place. After initially meeting and discussing ideas with the incredibly talented and wonderful Mitch, I quickly realized I needed to look no further. Mitch is an absolute creative genius, and provided outstanding ideas to come up with the perfect arrangements to fit my vision — and to add to it;. He also made sure it all fell with in my budget. And, not only is Mitch a gifted artist, he is the most personable, friendly person and was such a pleasure to coordinate with throughout my planning process.
The final day finally arrived, and they not only delivered the flowers as scheduled, but they executed everything exquisitely beautiful. My guest were all too, greatly impressed with the arrangements.
I will certainly be utilizing Sonset again for my future special engagements or just because.

This morning I called to order flowers for delivery. It was time sensitive. I needed a delivery in 90 minutes. Linda was outstanding, understanding and most helpful. Sonset made it happen and the recipient loved the flowers. I will be a regular customer and this florist. Customer care and customer satisfaction was off the charts.

If I could kiss Mitch over the phone I would! This company and Mitch deserve 10stars! I had order a spray of flowers for a funeral from another company and they cancelled the order on me at 4:30 pm the prior day to the funeral. I was so upset and need flowers ASAP. I called Mitch and he told me its 5pm and impossible for me to get flowers to the funereal home by 9am the next day. I told him that the last company canceled on me and I need flowers delivered by 9am the next morning. He hesitated a bit and I think he heard the needed in my voice and said I will do the best I can. I was so thankful and told him to charge me whatever was needed to get this done and the price was very reasonable and he also charge me just around what the first company did that canceled on me. I am so thankful for Mitch and Clayton Sonset flowers. I will definitely be a returning customer! you deserve 10stars and that was above and beyond customer service!!!

Absolutely horrible service. He was just plain ruin. I asked him about a corsage for my prom. He didn’t show me any pictures of ones he had previously done. Told me the colors of ribbon but said it was too much work to show me what they looked like.

I have used this florist for MANY years. Mitch is really creative and does amazing work. Good value for the money (but you get what you pay for). He is very happy to «think outside of the box» with you and do some unusual things. I ALWAYS know I am going to be happy with the result. If you live anywhere in the area, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Always terrific. A little pricey, but I’m willing to spend if there’s quality to match. Every bouquet I’ve ordered from them has been lovely and well arranged. Never been disappointed.

Mitch was able to set me up with a beautiful arraignment last minute for my girlfriends birthday. The service amazing and the flowers looked magnificent. Definitely a life saver! highly recommended!

I called from NC to get flowers sent to my dear friend who had just lost her husband. A very emotional call. Mitch took the time to work through what I wanted the flowers to convey. It was important that there would be no cookie cutter arrangement thrown together! In that one brief call I knew that the flowers would be perfect. A follow up conversation with my friend confirmed that Mitch got it right!

Fabulous transaction! I reside on the east coast and needed to send flowers to my mother for her retirement and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful outcome. My mother was blown away by the arrangement, 5 stars all the way!

I had assumed that ordering flowers online, in may cases the ‘Florist’ is simply a virtual front for some random local shop but this was the actual place and they took time to call me and give me options as the exact display I chose was not available.
So, no complaints and wife was happy to receive a beautiful bouquet at her place of work in a very timely manner.

Best florist ever! I am from New York and ordered flowers as a thank you for someone in Concord. I spoke with Linda, who is one of the friendliest and personable people I’ve met (someone who makes you glad that other people exist and, if you are doubting it, restores your faith in humanity!), and she arranged them and sent them out the same day, after making many helpful suggestions (I had nooo idea what I was doing) while keeping it affordable. Back story: I was trolling the web for flower arrangers/​shippers like proflowers. What a joke they are! The local florist is so much sweeter, convenient, and more affordable!

This florist and the staff are fantastic! I called hoping to get flowers delivered the same day for a high school graduation. While they were no longer making deliveries and were open limited hours on a Saturday they graciously helped me. I was out of town in Boston and wanted flowers to go to a very special graduate.
The woman that answered the phone was awesome! Turns out her maiden name is the same as my last name. What an immediate connection. She personally made the floral arrangement and delivered it on her way home. She went the extra mile and then some.
The bouquet was outrageously wonderful! The graduate loved it so much she cried out of happiness. It had her favorite color — lots of pink and roses!

So grateful to Donna and Mitch for their help when I needed a nice arrangement for a family funeral. I was a little out of sorts, and hoped I wasn’t their nightmare customer for the day. What they delivered was exactly what I ordered, with big, beautiful carnations that are still fresh five days later. Lovely people, beautiful work, a really good experience. Highly recommend!

I am EXTREMELY upset with this florist when I ordered flowers they delivered the completely opposite of what I ordered they sent short flowers that were dieing when I tried to return the flowers to them that very same day they were delivered florist argued with me and refused to even send new ones nor would they refund my money I definitely do not recommend this florist
